Good Looking Loser has done a lot for me, and I know it will continue to give to me in the future. The fact that Chris is dedicated to giving good information with no bullshit has dramatically improved my life and I knew I had to give back to you guys. I discovered a method about a year ago that has made a significant dent in my anxiety. I’ve taken it upon myself to write you guys a nice little guide on using this method because I know it will help.
If you take this video to heart and are disciplined you can get rid of your AA this week. Even if you're not you can still make a significant dent in it today. The method is completely free, requires no equipment and can be done anywhere. This. Is. Gold. Everyone I know who's learned of this has had nothing but praise for it.
Hopefully this method can benefit you guys as much as it did me. All you have to do is try it, and if you find that it works, become persistent in using it and understanding it.
What is the method?
The method is called FasterEFT. It’s a technique that aims to remove your emotional blocks (anxiety, shame, guilt, anger, etc) by first identifying the cause and then “tapping” on it until you feel relief. Basically when you tap, you are disrupting/deactivating the neuron firing sequence in your brain. Thus, shit that bothered you before no longer bothers you.
Here a former meth addict shares his experience with FasterEFT
Understanding the core philosophy of FasterEFT is a complete must. You must understand this and apply this to yourself to get the most of out Faster EFT.
The number one thing you must remember is that YOU ARE NOT A BROKEN/TERRIBLE/FAILURE OF A PERSON. You are a person with bad programming. You received messages throughout your life that have resulted in you having your current beliefs, attitudes and thoughts. If you had received better programming, you would have been more successful. You (most likely) did not, so you run your programs that lead to you having low self-esteem, being unable to approach or being unproductive. You are not flawed, your programs are flawed. As you get rid of your flawed programs you'll see more and more success in your life as better programs begin to take the place of the old ones.
The number two thing to remember is that currently you maintain your memories. Everything you are experiencing in your head right now is created and maintained by you. Rejection is a feeling you create. Anxiety is a feeling you create. This is key to taking your power back. You must take responsibility for everything you feel and experience. When something happens it is an objective event. I can say, as a fact, someone opened their mouth. They made noises from their voice box. The way I perceive these noises, although, is subjective. This is why the same thing can happen to two people, and one of them will leave scarred and broken and may remain that way for the rest of their lives, and why the other person can use that exact same experience to become a more empowered, successful person.
How to Tap:
Here Robert explains the entire tapping process. The first video is your introduction. If you are serious about this watch every single video in this playlist and then go back to his channel and watch anything that seems relevant to yourself.
The two attitudes you must have towards FEFT are as follows: Persistence and Investigation.
Persistence is required because often times you may not see a change immediately, and you will have to tap again and again and again. Especially on earlier memories that seemed to have shaped who you are, or played a significant role in your life, persistence is necessary. You must keep going at an issue until it is resolved, ie you feel completely unattached to that memory or thought.
Investigation is required because your emotions are not logical, and one problem could be supported by several other problems. Your approach anxiety may not just be approach anxiety. It could be a result of years of mistreatment, manifesting as low self-esteem, and then finally approach anxiety. If you fix your self esteem, the root cause of your approach anxiety, then your AA often disappears as well.
Sometimes you know why getting rid of a problem is the best thing you can do but you won't do it. Why?
Maybe you're unsuccessful and you know you could get so much farther if you weren't. But your lack of success is why your current friendships exist. Your emotional brain doesn't interpret things logically and will make you resist getting rid of the problem because it sees that if the problem is gone, your friendships may crumble. Or your brain may be trying to protect you from experiencing even darker, more traumatic memories you may have repressed. Or it could be protecting you from change. Our brains are very, very afraid of the unknown.
Another way to do it:
If you've watched at least the first video here’s another method for tapping on limiting beliefs.
Say you have a problem approaching:
What's stopping you approach?
"I don't know what to say"
Tap each fastereft point (except wrist) and say, "I don't know what to say."
Now tap on each fastereft point and say, "I release and let it go."
Finish by grabbing your wrist and breathing out.
Then ask the question again. Keep tapping on every answer and you'll have made major shifts.
How do I know I'm doing it right?
1. You yawn, shed tears, burp, cough, or feel like throwing up while tapping. These are all indicators that you're releasing. Even if you don't do these things, you're still releasing if you're tapping.
2. You have wild, lucid dreams related to what you've been working on. When you clear a big issue, your brain has to reprocess while you sleep.
3. The memories you work on no longer seem like they happened or have 0 emotional charge to them.
4. Your problems disappear.
Don't try to figure it out. If you're tapping, you're doing it right. Tapping is more of an emotional process than a logical one.
Try tapping for at least a week before you write it off. Tapping over time has a cumulative effect. Sometimes it takes several sessions to see desired results.
Even if you feel zero emotion about an issue or traumatic memory, tap on it anyway. It will still work.
Make a goal to just tap for 15 minutes a day.
When something really triggers you, pisses you off, or really bothers you, TAP RIGHT THEN. If you have to, go to the bathroom or to your car. Tapping when something really triggers you will bring very profound obvious results.
Tap on ALL the aspects of a memory. An aspect is just a small part of the memory. So if the bully gave you a wedgie in front of your crush, tap on how you felt, the look on the bully's face, the look on your crushes face, what she probably thought about you, and what beliefs likely formed from the event. Everything. Until the memory no longer has any meaning.
Be persistent and don’t jump around. Make a goal to clear a specific memory or certain aspects of that memory and stick to it and you will see major changes. If you continually skip around to various memories you are not doing yourself a favor in the long run.
Have a goal. Don't just begin tapping, define why you are tapping and what effect you want this tapping to have on you. Most likely your goal is to get rid of Approach Anxiety. Focus on everything that relates to approach anxiety only.
Write down your negative emotions and memories that created and maintain your emotional state right now. This will be useful while you tap, so you don't have to keep skipping around in memories, and useful when you go to tap later.
Why use this method?:
Change the way you feel, and the way you behave will change too. If you want to be a natural with women, this is how you become a natural. You have the right beliefs about yourself and your environment and you will naturally become better at game. Typical PUA sites will give you external advice like:
Take up more space when you sit
Be more assertive
This is all advice coming from the outside though. If you're not in the right state you have to consciously maintain these things, or at least do them until they become habit. If you have the right beliefs inside, your outward behavior will automatically change as well.
Persistent tapping will reduce your approach anxiety to nothing, and as you tap on all your negative beliefs more positive ones will take their place. Keep in mind that you have to deal with EVERY single negative thought, belief, and memory you have towards women and yourself before this happens. A few rounds of tapping will take the edge off very quickly though.
A lot of the people doing the Approach Anxiety Program and the General Anxiety Program have a belief (A thought that has emotional value, usually confirmed by certain experiences in their past) about themselves or others that makes them anxious. They’re scared of what others think of them, whether they’re good enough or not, they’re trying to be more than they are or they’re just feeling stressed by their social interactions. The Defeat Approach Anxiety program works by making you confront the issue head on several times, until you become more comfortable with the situations you put yourself in.
This works, but it’s a 4 month program as opposed to using FEFT and a little guidance, and it doesn't fix your core underlying beliefs (low self-esteem, feeling of danger) which can come back to harm you in other ways. Using Faster EFT you can notice a change in 5 minutes, make a significant dent in your Approach Anxiety by the end of the day, and possibly cure it (If you’re persistent) in a matter of days or weeks. This works much better and is much easier for most men than the AA Program.
If you're currently doing the AA Program and don't want to stop, but also want to use Faster EFT, begin noticing the emotions you feel as you do your exercises. Write them down to tap on later.
Depending on how well this is received I will write a follow up post that details more advanced methods, post some extra tips and give links to some worksheets which can guide you in releasing further.
The best time to tap is when you're actively experiencing the emotions. If you get anxiety whenever you're around people go to a place where you're around a lot of people, go to the bathroom, focus on the emotion and tap until you no longer feel it. I wouldn't recommend going up to a girl and actively tapping while talking to her lol.
If you're already doing the AA program do the exercises and tap on the aspects of the exercise that cause your anxiety (People will think I'm weird, I feel like a loser). Try and focus on what particularly bothers you about that, picture it in your head, like see a girl laughing at you and tap on that til it no longer affects you.
You can tap at literally any time. Watch the videos and get a comprehensive understanding of it.
rickybobby wrote: Right on , thanks for sharing. I've read about this in the past and thought it would be cool to try. Just getting into meditation right now and this looks like it will fit in nicley.
Sure will. If you're going to try meditation you should try meditation with Brainev. It generates a number of brainwaves in your head while you meditate that should guide you to be sharper, more focused and relax. I'm on day 3 personally and I'm noticing a bit of all those features. It has a bunch of glowing testimonials on its site.
If any of you are interested in using this long term, I would love to have a tapping buddy. I often times procrastinate on doing this even though it's very important to me, and having someone I could share information and time with would probably increase my results.
Logan wrote: I have heard of EFT before but never tried it. Isn't this related to nlp (neuro linguistic programming)? Charles, do you have any experience with nlp as well?
I wanted to use NLP when I first got my hands on The Game, but I found reading through any of the books to be boring and learned that NLP wasn't that effective overall anyway. Robert Smith (Creator of Faster EFT) used to use some NLP in the beginning stages of Faster EFT but I don't believe he uses any now.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
