Kegals and sometimes I wonder if I'm doing them right are generally explained by searching for the feeling you feel when stopping yourself from peeing mid pee. You flex and clinch your butthole tight and flex your dick at the same time. Chris had a method of doing the most you can do in 60 seconds, resting 60 seconds and repeat. So when I do them I try to mix it up because I can flex everything and get several different feelings. For instance one set of 60 seconds I will clinch my butthole and really push a good hard long pump to my dick and I shoot for about 30 of those in 60 seconds. I rest a minute and then go for much shorter faaster ones and try to hit 100 in 60 seconds and I'll rotate that for about 5-10 sets. I do these while I'm in the bathmate. Between every couple of sets I'll repump or for me pull on the vacuvin let it get comfortable and do it again.
I've noticed that when I wake up in the middle of the night with a full bonor it's much much stronger. So I'll take advantge and do some kegals and man can you really feel the pump. That took about a week of kegal reps while doing BM to really feel a hard kegal push in the head of my dick when I'm rock hard. i'll also say that just the other night I had to pee slightly nothing major and I was sitting watching monday night football. So I started doing a few deep kegals sitting in my chair and in about 2 1/2 minutes I was able to kegal to a full blown hard on. Havent been able to do that since I was a kid.

I think most people dont realize how weak your pelvic or pc muscle is. I believe everyone can shoot a nice load if you drink a ton of water, have good protien intake, save up and don't cum for several days, get close to cumming a few times during one session (edging) and then most importantly building up your week pc muscle.
I used to watch cumshot compilations and would be in awe counting 10-13 good squirts of guys just pasting chicks. (about 6.2 NBP length if i'm measuring right) so i'm curious to what that inch marker is actually measuring. Unless i'm underestimating myself, but i don't think so.

e.g. I am around 170 mm (6,7") BPEL ..... but in the bathmate, i get to 200 mm (7,9") ....
