I started using this too and I love It!!! I can now  pump straight to the top of my Herc.  But I can only do 10-15 mins.

i just figure it out today how to use SG correcly and with no pain or cold dick , just by using little bars as a beginner and using toilet papers to protect it around when i use SG.. is amazing.


That's how I do it and it work's out great.

I just bought the vacu vin tonight at Bed Bath and Beyond.  I am looking forward to using it Monday morning or maybe sometime this weekend. What is the small peice made of?
