So I got my BM in a few days ago. I had something hit me before I even did my first session. Two-a-days. So instead of just doing 10min at once - I'm splitting it up into two 5 min sessions. Here's my plan:
wk 1 - 5min AM (roughly 6:30am), 5min PM (any time after 5pm)
wk 2 - 7.5 min AM, 5 min PM
wk 3 - 7.5 min AM, 7.5 min PM
wk 4 - 10min AM, 7.5 min PM
wk 6 - 10min AM, 10 min PM
wk 7 - week 6 time with jelqs before am session
wk 8 - week 6 time with jelqs before am and pm session
wk 9 - bump up AM time, continue jelgs in each session,
wk 10 - bump up PM time, continue jelgs in each session
wk 12 - week 10 time, continue jelgs, add BM stretches to AM session
wk 13 - week 10 time, continue jelqs, add BM stretches to PM session
wk 14 - bump up AM time and jelgs and stretches
wk 15 - bump up PM time and jelgs and stretches
wk 16 - off
and so on - just slowly keep bumping it up and progressing. I have done PE in the past but was just never able to stick with it. I feel like this routine will work for me since I shower twice a day because i'm so active. Going in with a full boner and doing kegels the entire time. No pain or discomfort. Pumping to between 140-150. Long term goal is girth above all else.
As an afterthought - do you guys feel that there are any supplements (natural or steroidal) that ever helped increase your PE gains? I run a lot of test boosters from time to time and occasionally jump on the prohormones that are available - but have been curious if test or hgh might have had any positive effect on growth.
Word. I figured HGH/IGF-1 were probably the ones that were actually proven to do some work. Unfortunately HGH is not super cheap. Luckily IGF-1 is easy to come by and cheaper - but obviously I'd utilize that along side a cycle of some goodies. I just view the penis as a muscle like any other. It can be trained and if you're using AAS I don't see why it you wouldn't see some extra growth. I could have swore some guys have reported growth on test but nothing scientific.
I like the idea of the bathmate. Basically just adding it to my shower and not wasting an whole hour of my day. And breaking it up in to two sessions makes me feel like I'm doing less instead of doing one hour long PE session.
And yeah PD5e inhibitors are the way to roll - easy to get those via the RC route
