Two sessions. I find the initial pump gets my dick bigger than it normally get's even with an erection. I rest and stretch it under hot water for about 3-5 minutes then go for the second pump. Second pump for 10-15 minutes.
I tried the one long continuous session but found with the small bit of pressure loss I can get more pressure just re-seating it once my dick already has a pump going. |

Anyone who uses the bm get a pump bigger then there erection, thats how it works. I use one 15 min session is best. Once you stop half way and release from the pump your dick starts the healing process so to put it back on for another session is counter productive to me. Like short curciting the growth. Like if you were going to do a dumbell curl for your arms. If you can hit 12 reps before failure why would you stop at 6 reps take a break then complete the other 6 reps. You wont grow because you did not push it to failure. you did not stress it with enough time under tension. Like working out alot of people that go to the gym forget that your body does not want to get bigger. Its counter productive to are survival. So are bodys fight as hard as it can not to have to grow. All just food for thought.

I think we see things differently. Seeing as Im pumping to full pressure in both session's that is what I see as working out to failure.
And just like in the gym. Once I reach failure. I rest before I do another set and once again rep to failure. I leave nothing in the gym, everytime. And I feel the same with my BM sessions. I tried the one 15-20 min sessions and found I was reaching 2-6mm more doing the two part sessions. So to me. If Im reaching a longer length, and girth while in my session Im expanding my chambers more. Same philosophy in the gym to me. Id rather not do weight I can rep to 10+ times. Id rather be failing at 6-8 as I find I get stronger quicker that way. Different strokes for different strokers. Not saying my method is hands down the method to follow. It just works for me. People should try both methods and see what works best for them. |

exactly to each there own right. I like my method because iv gained a half in in girth permanent and iv only used the bm 13 times...so far.

i'm really interested to know which is better the 2 sessions or one longer session. I myself only do one 12-15 minute session which is harder to do now that i have roomates and share a bathroom with a guy that is up at the same hours that i am.

why is it harder to do? Just because you put it on in the shower does not mean you have to stay in the shower. Once its on i exit the shower and stand in front of the sink to shave brush my teeth ect..

Damn 20 to 6. I'm one of the 6. I found that I like how much it expands with 2 separate sessions. I don't really know if this is better since there hasn't really been a study comparing the gains from both methods.
I've done 3 10 minute sessions twice before and the expansion was unreal. Of course the expansion didn't last THAT long and after I had a flaccid looking thing hahaha Damn water retention. |

I voted for two sessions, although I actually do multiple five minute sessions until I reach my total daily time. For example, right now I do 4 five minute sessions, for a total of 20 minutes. I also jelq 100 times after each five minute session, in addition to the jelqing I do after the stretching portion of my routine. I have found that this method keeps expansion very high and minimizes the effects of water retention.
