Hey guys, this is my first forum post, and I was wondering if any of you could give me some advice. Temporary gains were massive after the two over 15min sessions but lasted only for 15min but the turkeyneck lasted for hours. I noticed I had done the BM streches in a wrong way and will be changing that. Otherwise I dont know where the problem could be, I hang a little lower on average now but its nothing significant. I do manual streches before BM sessions. I realize not everyone gets the same gains as fast as others, but people keep posting about gains in just a week or so. I also have L-arginine for my "bodybuilding". Any advice would be great, I wont stop trying though Should one take more days off to recover and grow as in weight lifting? thanks GLL

okay lets see-
3 weeks isn't enough time to 'see' lasting gains. your size seemingly will go back and forth between 'normal' and 'pumped' for a few months. the bigger boner you have (and the longer your session is) the longer the pump will last. Several months is a safe bet until you SEE lasting size change on a daily basis. Keep in mind though, I said 'SEE'.. truth is, if you are using the Bathmate on a daily/everyotherday basis, your dick is growing slightly EACH day... we obviously aren't talking inches or even centimeters.. more like .01cm.. or millimeters.. over time, as you can imagine, all those small gains add up and you will visually SEE that you've made some size gains... but on a day-to-day basis they aren't as apparently. just stick with it it works for sure
if you are in the gym a lot and using stimulants (like caffeinated preworkout drinks/ephedrine, or something like that) that certainly effects bloodflow to your dick... and it will certainly be harder to 'see' changes and the pump disappears quicker.. but even so, dont worry-- its growing. slowly. don't sweat it.. it's gonna add up
i say, use the bathmate everyday (or everyotherday).. you only need a day off or two if you can't get a solid boner one day.. thats the sign of fatigue and an indication that you should chill for a day or two

Thanks GLL, I will I only use creatine monohydrate currently, along with the L-arginine. Its just that I have this girlfriend, and I would like to do her a few times with a big one, before I'll leave her eventually, its not what I'm looking for, as I want other partners as well... (puts out like an angel though;) darn shame )
edit: anything about the turckeyneck and red dots?
red dots are harmless, but a sign that you should take a day (or two) off... if they dont go away
the turkey neck is just annoying, harmless, but i dont like it
it seems to happen when the session is too long and you boner runs out
instead of a 15-20 sessions, do a 7-8 or 10minute session --- 2 times.. that's better for growth anyway.
twice in a row or like take two showers a day? noticed some growth today, as I reached 170 with ease, before it was the measure of the absolute 100% pressure I seem to get the dots from more powerful suction, do you think the power of the suction matters that much? Well basically.. just 1 shower... put the Bathmate on right when you get in.. shower for 10minutes.. take it off.. massage your dick, get the bloodflow back to 100% and get another boner.. put it on for another 10 minutes.. doesnt mean you gotta take a 20min shower though. you can get out of the shower and keep the bathmate on for your 2nd session.
yeah i think the suction matters and produces the dots in newbies.. you blood vessels and dick just gotta get used to it and adapt.. which happens pretty well over a month with ED or E2D use (ED= everyday)..
yeah TUT is key for muscle size and stimulating deep slow twitch muscle fibers.. building muscle strength, however, it about training the fast twitch fibers has explosively as possible.. different ballgame.
bodybuilders train with TUT principles, 4seconds down, 4seconds up, try not to lock out.. to fatigue
athletes train with more explosive reps, 1second down, 1second up.. only do the last set to fatigue
there's a lot more to it, but thats a basic look at it

the sizegenetics extender is a great example of tissue growth from time under tension.. if you keep your dick extended/stretched for the majority of the day with low/moderate tension.. when it repairs (when you sleep) it has no choice but to grow
