Didn't realize how long it has been since my last update. Anyways, I took Friday and Saturday off, and bounced back strong tonight. I am really strict about keeping the bathmate on for 15 minutes. Tonight, I had it on for 21 without realizing it. It didn't hurt, and i think I hit 170. If I looked straight down, it looked like 168 or 169, but if I looked overhead, level with the bathmate, it looked right at 170.
