Hello guys i’ve been in PE for 1 year following some base routine on this website so i decided to finally sign up and ask for your advices.
I started with the newbie routine gaining almost 0.5 inch in length (currently i am 7 inch BP), but no girth gains (still 5.1), my goal is at least 5.5.
I bought a bathmate hydromax 7 recently and started a light routine only with this device to get my penis used to it ( 5-10 min x 3 reps), i got darker skin but i don’t care, still no results in girth and a few red dots that i managed to control.
Now i’m trying to switch to a complete routine with a cable clamp:
Warming under the shower
5 min clamping+ 5 minutes bathmate reaching max power only at the end.
5 min rest
10 min clamping+ 5 minutes bathmate max power from the start
5 min rest
10 min clamping
Now my questions are
Is it a good routine for girth or i have to change something?
how long it will take to see some girth gains?
How much gains can i expect based on your experience with bathmate and clamping combined
