Routine: About 10 minutes almost every day. Maybe like 5 days a week. That's it. No jelqing or anything else. So, not a real aggressive schedule at all. My plan is to increase it to about 12 minutes, then longer, but the same not-quite-daily routine.
Starting length: Almost exactly 6" bone pressed on a good day.
1 month later: 6.25" lying on my back. Almost 6.5" standing. Yes, there's a difference for me. Not sure if it's that way for other guys.
Starting girth: 4.75".
1 month later: 4.85"
The weirdest part if that I am definitely getting real world results. But, within the pump, I'm not seeing a change at all--same length measurement as when I started. My guess is because although I am erect when I put the pump on, I don't stay erect through the ten minutes. Meaning, when I take the pump off, I'm probably at about 50%. Having said that, I'm wondering if anyone stays hard the entire time . . . Whereas, when I'm measuring, I'm fully hard. So, maybe that's the reason for not seeing any increase while using the pump. But it seems you can see increases without not being totally hard while pumping.
I've had some turtling issues and it is way strange. But it goes away in a few hours and I've never had any pain. I think it's just because I might've tried to overdo it a few times. Normally, no issues.
One of the other things I've noticed is before I started using the pump, once in a while I would have a hard time getting 100 percent hard while standing up. Now? 1 minute . . . boom. Every time.
Obviously, somewhere between .25 and .5 length increase in length in a month is great. And this goes along with my body overall--it has always reacted well to working out, etc. I just wonder how long that rate can continue. It will surely have to slow down at some time. And really, although I'm no physics major, I thought the pump would cause the girth to grow faster than the length. Not so . . . at least not for me. Which is fine.
But I would say overall that it's been all good so far despite me not going crazy with it. I found this pump to be of high quality and so far has worked as advertised.
Two months in. I am doing 20 minutes every other day now. When I'm done I really have a lot of water buildup, especially around the head--like a donut. But it never hurts and it subsides after a few hour. Girth measurement after that 20 minutes has gotten up to about 5.5 inches. But with a normal erection it only gets to about 4.9--that's improvement of .15 since beginning. The weird part, and I'm sure this is genetics, the left side of my dick is the part getting larger while the other side is staying the same. So, like flat from base to head on right side, but an outward curve on left. Not sure any women would ever notice it. But I do. It's becoming more pronounced as I pump more.
As for length, for that first month I could only pump up to about 5.5" even though I measure over 6 naturally. Now, I am pumping to just barely over 6" and my erection length naturally is right at 6.5, both standing and lying down now. I was just over 6" when I started two months ago.
Also, about 10 days ago I started with the X Labs stretcher. I really love it. I am using it 4 hours straight per day. The only modification I've made to it is the base can be really wear on the underside of your penis. So, I took some of the foam donuts that were sent with it, cut them up, and taped them around the bottom of the base. Now, VERY comfortable. I'm stretching to over 6.5" right now. I think I could stretch out to 7" but I still haven't gotten the technique of strapping in while also pressing down on the springs at the same time--so, I'm not using the additional shorter rod they give you to extend the stretcher. I'm just not smooth at pulling penis to maximum length AND strapping it down yet. Still, 6.5" is pretty good for now. My plan is for penis to just get a bit longer, THEN it will be easier to strap it in with additional rods being used.
So, I started out at 6.15" length and 4.75" girth two months ago.
Now, 6.5" length and 4.9" girth.
Pump 4 hours every other day for two months. X4 every day for 4 hours over the last 10 days.
Couple things I should've added now that I re-read what I wrote.
The Hydro Extreme is advertised: Quality product. I've dropped it at least 5 times, a couple times right on the end where the black button is, and still works fine. The biggest problem for me is I can get an erection before putting it on. But once it comes off 20 minutes later, I'm "soft" even though I'm now huge in girth and length. I've tried watching porn throughout but that doesn't work for me. So I'm not sure how guys stay hard through whole thing--take Viagra????? Still, I think the pump is working as advertised.
X4: Make sure you got to bathroom before using it. If you don't, there is something about wearing that makes me go to bathroom. So I am working on being empty of fluids before putting it on. Because putting it on, then taking it off every hour to go pee is a pain. Maybe it's the pressure the base puts on that part of my body and makes me have to go. Pressure on the bladder? Or, because the urethra is getting stretched and that causes the urge to pee more than usual. I don't know. But it certainly happens. But I stand by what I wrote above: It works as advertised as well.
First, the Bathmate. I continue to use it but I haven't really seen a lot of progress. I've maybe increased from 4.75 to about 4.85. Yes, after pumping, my girth is like 5.75 or something--like some crazy girth. But it doesn't last. In addition, it's not like it's a HARD 5.75. It's kind of squishy, which I think means all I am doing it pulling in water from my body and it's settling under the skin and NOT actually in the penis itself. In addition, when I'm done after 2 sessions of ten minutes, my penis is SO purple. Granted, it doens't hurt. There's no soreness. Nothing. But it certainly looks scary. And it will stay a light purple for a day or two--almost like I have a birth mark on my penis. And that's not attractive.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. But I've been pumping since early February with not a ton of real progress that can be measured with a real erection under real conditions--5.75" girth means nothing to me if it's only right after pumping. Plus, it's a soft 5.75".
On the complete other side of the spectrum is the X14. IT WORKS. Granted, I have a job where I work from home and can have it on as long as I want. But I've only been using it about 4 hours a day since like late March. And the results are real. I am THIS CLOSE to 6.75" and my penis is to the point where I can noticeably see the difference without using a ruler. With the X14 I can actually stretch it out to about 7" so I anticipate I have a lot more to gain.
Some things about the X14 now that I've been using it for a few months. The tip of your penis will surely get its circulation cut off if you strap it down tight enough. So, I monitor it very closely. Sometimes I can go a whole hour before it happens. Other times, only a half hour, just depends. It is really weird when it happens--that prickly feeling is the worst. But in less than 30 seconds everything goes back to normal once you loosen the strap.
I DO NOT just put my penis in and strap it down. I've tried it and the skin can really get pinched. So I wrap the area where the strap will be.
Learning good technique for strapping it down takes time. But it gets easier with each time AND your penis does become more stretchy which helps. The big issue with strapping it down once you get good at it is as the penis gets stretched out, it will get skinnier. So, what may seem like a good strapping at first could become loose due to the penis shrinking in girth due to it being stretched in length--you know, like a rubber band. And then you have to balance that with not strapping it down so tight that you lose circulation in 5 minutes. It's a fine line.
But I'm telling you . . . it works if you have the time. I'm at like 6.7" and that's in the top 5% of men already if you believe those penis calculators. Combined with my 4.85", that's 1.3 times larger in volume than the average guy, although to be in the top 5% of men in girth I'd have to be at 5.5 which seems pretty far away right now. Still, combined being larger than 83% of men sounds pretty impressive to me. But like I said, the Bathmate has been underwhelming--if anyone has any tips I'm willing to read them.
I was pretty set on ordering the SizeGenetics device (comfort package or budget package) this week since Im not finding the best results with Phallosan. But i have seen that the X4 is basically the same thing AND much cheaper... and u seem to be getting good results with it. do u recommend X4 over the Size Genetics?
