I'm 30 and I know about PE since I was 16 because I'm not satisfied of my penis size (5.3 x 4.4), but I never did any PE because everything seemed so time consuming and dangerous. I didn't want to rush it, I know I'm a hardgainer in the gym so I kind of expected to be in PE as well, but I thought that with consistency and long-term use I'd gain something: I started the newbie routine and then started going in erect. I've always been very consistent and still am to this day. I used the bathmate 3 to 6 days a week every single week (except one week where I was on vacation).
I didn't get any permanent results, and I have insignificant temp results: after the pump I have a bigger flaccid penis for about a few minutes. Pumped erect size is maybe 4-5 millimeters longer and girthier, but as I said that lasts for a few minutes. No permanent gains, at least not measurable.
I've tried any kind of schedule (3 to 6 days a week), doing it one or two times a day, taking longer rests. low pressure, high pressures, short sessions and long sessions. But the results never come.
I was able to measure that by penis increments its volume by 30-35% inside the Bathmate, at full pressure, but as soon as I release the valve it deflates almost completely.
Also I want to mention that my penis seems pretty resistant to it. Never got any significant water retention and got red dots just a couple of times with high pressures or longer sets.
