Hey guys, I'm completely new at using the Bathmate. I used it only twice last week (warming up for 5 minutes before starting) then 3 sessions of 5 minutes each (flaccid), with light massages in between. I haven't used it over the weekend, and I started again today. 5 min warming up in hot water, then 3 5 min reps with massages in between. However, after I finish, I'm noticing some red spots (broken vessels i'm assuming). Am I not warming up long enough? Is 3 5 min reps too much for being completely new at it? Also, I'm not entirely sure how much pressure I should be using in the bathmate (in order for it to do its job) - I don't want to have too much pressure and damage things, and I also don't want too little pressure to where it doesn't work. When i do 3 5 min reps, I don't use a lot of pressure the first time, then the second i use more, and 3rd I use the most. But is there a more proper guide based on my measurements - towards what pressures I should apply?

I'm not really sure what's going on. The little red dots, which is common, usually happens to me after jelqing, not using the Bathmate. One thing I think you should do is if you're in the shower, warm up, keep your dick stretched out as far as possible without getting erect. Try a 5 minute session without a massage. If you get red dots again, take 2 weeks off, try again without the massage. The massage seems counterproductive to me.
