as far as effectiveness goes. it really is just what works for. no one program can work for everybody. I went through a couple of routines before I found one that actually started showing me results. I would say if entering flaccid. then your on the right track. after a couple of month when u start entering erect is when you will surely see a difference. I tried to do the 5 and massage but it was a pain to get erect again. so now I enter erect for a 20 min. session. been doing this for a bout 3 months now. and seen improvement in girth erect and flaccid. a little over 1/4" gain in both. just experiment with different routines and see what happens. just remember you grow when u rest. so I also do the 2 on and one off. sometimes 3 on and 1 off depends on how it feels. if you Dick feels sore and has a hard time getti g erect. lay off a couple of days. hope this helps. it's just experience. there's a lot more guys on here that have been doing PE longer than I have. maybe they will chime in. good luck
