OK here's what I have done with bathmate and found it worked better for me than the guide,
First off.... We Aussies have a saying.
K.I.S.S this stands for Keep It Simple Stupid. (NO I am not calling you stupid. It's just what we say OK?)
Optimum pressure is where your penis is being pulled more than your BPEL even if it is only slightly. At least that's what I believe it is.
Note. If at any stage during the week you are on it feels uncomfortable... Drop back a week and do the previous week for that week, then try going up a week the next week. (That's a lot of weeks in that sentence LOL). Also you should only go in 5 minute stages to start with. ie: if you are at 10 minutes release the pressure at 5 minutes take a few minutes break then restart for the final 5 minutes. If you are at 13 minutes, then release at 5 minutes then redo then release at 10 mins then redo for the last 3 minutes. And finally if you cant do 4 days or 5 days do what you can, if that is only 2 days a week that's fine. Its your choice what to do.
1st. Measure your Penis with a ruler when it is fully erect. Get a BPEL measurement. (BPE means Bone Pressed Erection Length) Ask if you don't know how to do this.
2nd. Before using the Bathmate you need to warm your Penis up. Either by standing in the shower or being in a bath and doing some rotary cranks while NOT erect. (Slightly erect is OK). Or by doing edging for 10 - 20 minutes. ( I wouldn't start edging till the 5th or 6th week at the earliest tho).
3rd. Fill the Bathmate up with water put it over your penis and pump one or two times. Then make sure its on comfortably, this can be the most frustrating part as it may pull your nut sack in if you don't get it right. (And it will happen till you get used to doing it). Sometimes I find my bellows section instead of being round is oval. ( I don't use the comfort insert as I actually find it uncomfortable and it hurts way more). If I push either side where the long part of the oval is I can make it go back to a round shape and it doesn't usually go back into a oval.
4th. First Week. Pump till you are just a little below or right on your BPEL measurement. Don't pump more than that. (However You may find after a few minutes you may have dropped a quarter of an inch or so back from your BPE, Repump to your BPE again. You need to let your penis get used to it and that will take a few days. Only have it on for 5 minutes each day you do it for the first week. (Do 4 days out of 7. Say Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.)
5th. Second Week. Stay at 4 days out of 7 but go for 8 Minutes still at your BPEL. Remember to take a break at 5 mins.
6th. Third Week. Stay at 4 days out of 7 but go for 10 Minutes still at your BPEL. Remember to take a break at 5 mins.
7th. Fourth Week. Either 5 Days For 10 Mins or 4 days for 13 mins. Your choice. This week you want to see if you can pump a bit more beyond your BPEL. Even if it is only a few millimeters past your BPEL and hold it there for the duration. Repump as you need.
8th. Fifth Week. 5 Days 13 Minutes or if you cant do 5 days do what you can, again try to go a little beyond your BPEL each day for this week.
9th. Sixth week. However many days you can manage for the week (don't do over 5 tho because your penis NEEDS a break), for 15 Minutes. Again try to go over your BPEL by a little. From here out its basically the same every week. When you are getting the same measurement in the bathmate every time over your BPEL then it is time to try a little further over your BPEL.
10th. Seventh Week. Try remeasuring your BPEL. Hopefully it has gone up a little. If it has then work to go over that BPEL in bathmate. if it hasn't don't give up keep working at going just a little over your BPEL. And so on and so forth.
Basically what I have tried to say with my guide is whatever feels right to you do. But don't try to go too far over your BPEL for the first few weeks. Get used to the Bathmate. Get used to being pulled to your normal erection size. When you feel right, then and only then try to go past your BPEL. Oh and now I don't take any breaks.... I just wear it straight for 15 minutes in the shower.
Now something else that I do straight after finishing with the bathmate is using something like Sizegenetics/Phallosan Forte/Penimaster. I have tried both Sizegenetics and Phallosan Forte. I am thinking about Penimaster to try it as well. I don't like Sizegenetics personally as it rubs me raw on my nut sack and I can only wear it for 2 hours max. Phallosan Forte to me is better but I made a modification to that which I can tell you about if you are interested. I can wear Phallosan Forte for 12 hours easy with bio breaks for 5 to 10 mins.
The reason I do the Phallosan right after the Bathmate is I find it holds the stretch from the bathmate longer. And I truly believe that it is helping me with permanent gains.
I started my journey with a 4 and 1/4 of an inch long BPEL and 4 inches in girth penis, as of last week I am now 5 and 3/4's of an inch long and 5 inches in girth. I was at a plateau for about 6 months where I couldn't get past 5 and 1/4.
Remember its your penis and it has to be comfortable for YOU. Not anyone else.
