Hey, guys, I know I wasn't terribly active on here before and it's been a while since I posted (new job/pregnant wife/etc.), but thought I'd share some of my experiences with almost a year of Bathmate/Jelqing results.
I started the newbie routine last August and slowly moved to combining the Bathmate with Jelqing 4 to eventually 5 days a week. I was mostly looking for girth, so didn't track length much. By December/January, I'd gained just a cunt hair over 1/4" in girth. Since March, I incorporated SSJs in with BM (first in separate sessions, then after about a month, together) and noticed some awesome temporary gains, but no lasting ones.
My routine for the last 4 months has been:
5 days a week
10 min warmup with hot towel/massage
3-5 minutes stretching (including bundled stretches)
15 min. BM (2 days a week)
8 min. BM/ 5 min. SSJ/ 8 min. BM/ 3 min. SSJ (3 days a week)
What I've seen is that in the last 7 months, there has been no gain in girth at all. I'm not sure if this is due to overtraining or undertraining, but typically I'll base my training that day on EQ. Compared to some people who've PE'd for a year, it seems like my routine is mild, but while my EQ when I'm hard is good, random erections seem less consistent than before. Initially, I thought of removing SSJs and incorporating 10 min of clamping 3 days a week, but I'm not sure if more is better in this case.
So, what I'm thinking is taking 3 weeks to 1 month off, then starting back with the newbie routine and easing back in to a more intense routine gradually.
If any of you have had any experience with stalled gains for 6-7 months and found a way to make gains after, I'm all ears. Anyway, happy training and goodluck. I'll try to get on here more often.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
