For starters, I'm new to the whole PE world. I purchased my first pump about a month ago (the hercules model) and am now working on week 4. I have to say, this thing is fun! I take about 2 days off per week for recovery but man I'm excited to see progress already! I'm 5'2 at 110 lbs (short/athletic build) and I started at 5.8 inches erect, with a 5 inch girth close to the base. While in the pump I can get it to 6.75 in. Length wise but of course it fades away right after pumping. Since I'm going on month 1, I decided to randomly measure, not really expecting anything at only 1 month though. Well, erect it is now 6.2 inches and in girth its 5 inches towards the top portion but 5.5 inches lower towards the base! That's .4" in length and .5" in girth in 1 month! my goal is to reach 7" in length and to be as thick as possible. Any tips and pointers are appreciated!
Hey- in all honesty, I don't have a "set routine", at least not yet.. I just go with the flow and let my penis be the judge. For the first week I started off flaccid and would feel a lot of pressure and some pain so I eased off on how much I was pumping, after about a week of acclimating and adjusting to the whole pumping thing, I started entering with semi erections then full erections. On some days I do a single 10-15 minute session with 80% of the session being maxed on full pressure where I can't pump anymore. On other days I may do 2-3 5 minute sessions with maxed pressure. I have a very busy schedule and overall I'm still a complete newbie being just 1 month into experimenting. For the last week I've seemed to max out at 6.75 inches in length while in the tube but just 2 weeks ago I was maxing at exactly 6.5 so I'm hoping with consistent use and exposure, that I'll continue to grow. I like the idea of implementing stretches and jelqs but with my work schedule I'm not sure if possible.. I will say, when first pumping I was having difficulties getting rock hard erections for hours after my session, but it seems that issue is gone, I can get rock solid within minutes of a session. I still do get the infamous red dots around my penis after a session but they are mostly gone within a few hours and completely gone by the next day before another session.
Keep at it EP. Unfortuantely none of this self emprovement shit is linear. I've been trying to loss weight for nearly 2 months now, 5 weeks of PERFECT diet and gym and the scales hasn't moved, this week, out of no-where the weight is starting to melt off.
