As a newbie, i been using the Bathmate Hercules for two months everyday with no days off at 15 to 20 min sessions. Never went over 20 min sessions per day and never hurt my self. Although i liked my temporary gains, i still havent noticed any permanent gains. Maybe is too soon, but i worry if by me not taking any days off contributed for me not to get any permanent gains. Should i start taking some days off out of the week? What would be a good routine for me now that im already two months in? Please any advise from any experience users out there would be helpful.
