bin doing bathmate for 2 months now only.
ok i need some advice with my PE exercises
just started doing stretches in my PE routine with bathmate
dont like jelqing Routine:
1 warm-up 2-10 min
2 doing about 5-10 min of stretching - with ball stretching
3 doing between 10-20 min of bathmate
4 doing a 5-10 min of stretching / Slow squash jelq after bathmate
5 warm-down 2-10 min
couple of questions
can you do the same stretches over and over again each day?
OR you need so swap between the different stretching exercises?
And is it good to do the "Hanging" exercise that some people mention?

Hanging is a something that I don't know anything about.
Now, as far as the stretching is considered, I would do different exercises during a session. Let's say you do 5 directional stretching, with should be 2 1/2 minutes, if you stretch at 30 seconds in each position. Then, you could do the under the leg exercise, 1 1/2 minutes. 5 minutes, done.
1) Grow my dick
2) Get down to 170lbs/Get an earth shattering ass
3) Finish writing book(s)
4) Find 5 new fwbs (250% complete)
5) Organize my life
6) Make better money
