Hey guys, new here and wanted to say it's outstanding what you've all done to help newbies like me to navigate how to go about PE safely.
I've been using the Bathmate for just over 2.5 months. Finished the newbie routine, moved on to using with an erection the second month with some jelqing mixed in. I had a question about the infamous red dots.
I started getting them again after jelqing for 5 min before the Bathmate, which required a few more days off. Tried moving to jelqing afterwards to get rid of them but still there. Today, after more than 24hrs off, used the bathmate by itself and saw red dots after only 2 short pumps on low pressure.
I'm a little confused as to how after almost 3 months of consistent use, i'm suddenly getting red dots within only a few minutes on light pressure. Me erection quality is still great, but it doesn't make any sense. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
My routine is Bathmate 4-5 days a week, a few pumps to get good suction, wait 3 min., pump again to med pressure, wait 3 min. then pump to just under max pressure. Total time is 12 min.
I always get the red dots from the bathmate regardless how consistently I use it. Not sure what the deal is either. I just ignore it and if it doesnt go away I take a three day break maximum and then they’re gone.
Yeah they've been disappearing by the next day so I'm inclined to believe it's not a huge sign of overtraining. As far as the jelqing goes, that's a good point. I didn't think I was going too hard but it's sometimes hard to gauge since I've only been doing it for a few months. Never go full erect and never get pain, but maybe i'll err on the side of caution and ease up. Thanks, man.
