I've been following Chris's stuff (I know a bit late to the party) for a few months now. I cant completely remember what initially brought me to the page, but I think it was the whole PE routine. I started out above average. 6.6x5.25 . My first month was jelqng and stretching which totaled about 45min to an hour a night. I want to say this was about 2 months ago. After the first month I dove a little deeper into PE and purchased the Bathmate Hercules. Part of this being that I only had the money for this one, and another part was because I knew at some point I would get lazy and didn't want to drop any more money than that until I could establish my routine and stay committed. I was never really conscious about penis size because I think I always knew I was above average and more than above average on the attractiveness scale. I think I also have the coolness factor too. Im about 6'2 220 (moderately lean) and I'm a biology graduate student at a top 10 University in the country. I was a college athlete at my undergrad university and never really had a problem with AA or getting laid when I NEEDED to. I have worked a lot of sales jobs in my life so I think that had a playing hand in my lack of AA. Im in no way saying that I'm elite at approaching, but I'm much above average. I've just been sticking to Chris's basic PE routine with manual exercises and stretching followed by bathmate. I think ill start a weekly post in a journal format with measurements and how everything is going. What ive been doing is every Monday measuring erect length prior to any manual exercises and bathmate. I started these the week I received the bathmate (so roughly a month of so after I started the manual stuff). I use one of those vinyl fabric rulers.
Wk1. 9/5- 6.5x5.25
Wk2. 9/11- 6.7x5.4
Wk3. 9/18- 6.8x 5.6
Wk4. 9/24- 6.8x5.75
I think those are pretty good gains for roughly 8 weeks of total exercises. When measuring I just take the measurement of the first erection that I get.
Some stuff I have defiantly noticed while using the bathmate:
1. erection quality is better- not saying that mine before were bad or that I had trouble keeping one, but it just feels more full and overall stronger.
2. Although I have made gains, they are not really noticeable. Noticeable to me at least. What I mean by that... if you grow .3inches in height over the course of the year, are you going to notice it? are your pants going to get noticeably shorter? are you going to feel taller? not really. but there are changes in my measurements which are gradual so I'm happy with that.
3.The bathmate is fun as hell. I literally wish I could do this every time before I leave the house. The feeling of having a bathmate pump walking around is incredible. I've gotten out of the bathmate before after a 10-15 min session which was post stretch and jelq and have had a literal chode (fatter than longer). there have been times when I've gotten out and been 5.5x6ish.
4. flacid length has increased visibly. this was the first thing that I noticed when using this and my manual stuff.
5. I think I need an upgrade though. I'm going to also make a separate post about this one.
