Bought Vacuvin today.... tested it for a 15 minute session.... my first dry pump with the Bathmate (in fact my first dry pump ever).... AMAZING!!!! Can't wait for my next PROPER session with the Vacuvin-BM combo! RECOMMENDED

I tried pumping with no water with the help of the Vacuvin, completely dry. Two main advantages I've experienced so far:

-no water retention (doughnut) under the head and on the foreskin
-no base rings, painful cuts at the base of my dick from pumping down on the BM!!! (by far the best thing as I had a huge problem with that before)

I'm not sure how to do it with water.... do you leave a  big air bubble in the BM on purpose and suck tat out with Vacuvin?
Also, the little rubber detachable thingy at the end of the Vacuvin (the one that connects with the BM) keeps falling off if I pull too hard! It's a really delicate job, a bit of a pain really. How do I fix that?

Did you get the VLC cup to go on top? that seems like the easiest way to get that vacuvin rubber stopper in the bathmate to use it with water.

Phil was right, the Vacuvin-water combo is serious shit! I pumped easily above 210mm almost to the top, my biggest pump ever by far :-). The only problem I had is that the extra suction puts too much tension at the base where the cords holding the balls go into the body. The ace was getting pretty awful around the 15 mins mark so I had to stop early. Any solutions or that?

I bought a $12 wine vacuum pump that has a soft rubber seal where it's meant to lock into the bottle plug. There's nothing to modify with this setup. The vacuum pump slides neatly over the top of the bathmate valve and seals tightly. Slide it on, suck out some water/air, and pull it back off. If a little air gets in from the base, you just drop the pump over the valve and suck it out, and regain your pressure.

I would say just split up your sessions. I couldn't imagine staying in the pump for 15 minuets with that much pressure at a time. I would need a small break and start over after 8-10 minuets for a second session.
