Hey guys,
For the past 1-2 weeks I've started experiencing a new sensation that I never dealt with before during my Bathmate sessions. Using the X40 xtreme with ball pump, I maxed out for about 12 minutes and then started feeling lightheaded. Worth noting, whenever i use the X40 one of my balls always gets sucked in, so much so that im used to it now as normal routine. However, the past few sessions ive felt my abs tightening a bit like I had butterflies while in the tube despite my normal breathing methods (I think this makes sense since your balls and abdominal muscles share common nerves and pain receptors. Which is also why your stomach hurts when you get hit in the balls). Anyway, once I got out of the BM, I showered and went to work. That was 4 hours ago and I still feel a bit out of it like I'm dizzy a bit with added butterflies feeling. Last time this happened (my last session) I had a good night's sleep and the sensations were gone when I woke up. But this is starting to bother me. I'm assuming I'm either at too high a pressure (which would suck because I've been at this pressure level for the past year without any issues) or my balls are hurting from being sucked in and for whatever reason, my body now is causing me to have these sensations all of a sudden whereas before I wasn't affected much. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks bros. |

No, Im in good physical condition and don't get this sensation at other times. And worth noting, ive been using the bathmate now for several years and never experienced any lightheaded feelings or "butterflies"/abdominal discomfort. It's weird. Most days I have no problem. But the past two sessions ive had these sensations and it sucks because it's a scary thing when it happens because the lightheaded feeling lasts a long time. My suspicion is, using the hand pump, I'm probably pumping too hard...too quickly. Not sure. I'm not new to this but for whatever reason my body is reacting this way right now. The only good thing is up to this point I've experienced pretty much every negative side effect from pumping and recovered so I know how to handle most of these things and it's all a learning experience as you go. |

My initial diagnosis would have little to do with the pump itself and nothing to do with the balls being eaten by the pump. I would have initially suggested that you were suffering from high blood pressure, which could be a new thing and possibly temporary.
Now, then. I understand the desire to maintain pressure levels, but I also want to stop you racking yourself on a daily basis. Please explain your BM routine to me, where and how you put it on. 1) Grow my dick

Sure. I have a very good blood pressure and heart rate the last time I had a checkup (in April) so I don't think it's a blood pressure issue but who knows. Maybe there's something else going on. My routine is as follows. Monday through Saturday (sometimes 7 days a week also), I get up around 5:45am and start my session. I'll take the X40 xtreme and fill it with warm water from the bath tub and and then in a semi-erect state I'll pressed it on until I get a good suction. From there, I'll stand against my sink counter, so I have leverage, and do more press & releases so the pump gets sucked on more. Once it's fully secure, I'll attach the hand pump and pump 3-5 times until the pump ball gets depressed. Once I have full suction, I'll turn the knob to the left so it's locked and no air is escaping. If the ball inflates, I'll pump some more to get more pressure running through the pump and until the ball is depressed again. After doing this for about 1-2 minutes this is when I start feeling my left ball being sucked in. Once it is, it's no longer uncomfortable and I go back to getting a full pump uneil the hand pump is depressed again. Now that ive reached max pressure, I'll stay in this state for about 12-15 minutes. At this time, I'll start immediately going into bathmate stretches for 5-6 minutes. Once that's complete, I take the pump off and go into manual stretches for 5-10 minutes and then finally finish off with 50 slow jelqs. All in all, it's about a 30 minute workout between the bathmate and manual work. I only do this once a day, early in the morning. For the past several months, I had no issues and this was normal routine. Just the past 2 sessions have been feeling strange. P.S. I don't use the light gray colored protective gaiter with my pump because I couldn't get a good suction whenever I used it. I've become accustomed to not having it on. Also, part of the reason I asked the doctor for a checkup in April was because that was the first time I felt the abdominal discomfort after one of my morning sessions; The discomfort is like a cross between having the butterflies mixed with wearing a belt that's too tight. It really sucked having to come clean with him and explain why I was there (because I used a penis pump), the doctor seemed embarrassed after i mentioned my PE routine, which made me wish I had kept my mouth shut. But anyway, after he checked my heart and blood pressure he said they were very good and that I was in good shape. He had no idea why I was experiencing lightheadedness or abdominal discomfort from using the pump. One thing that's interesting is I feel better after I do a long cardio routine during the day. The negative symptoms seem to lessen. I dunno man, I can't figure this out but if my story can help others who may experience something similar, I'm happy to contribute my experience. |

I got light-headed a few times from Bathmate. It never lasted long though.
It's the pressure + time. Continue at it and maybe it'll get better, otherwise either lower pressure or the time. 10 daygame lays ✔

One of the things you could do is turn the Bathmate upside down, so that the ruler is on the bottom. I have heard that this helps guys that have issues with their balls being eaten by the Bathmate.
I didn't have an issue with my balls being eaten by the Bathmate for a long time, but I noticed that when I was more excited and my balls were closer to my body in the last month of PE, that there was a tendency for my right ball to get sucked in. Normally, my routine to start is to put the bathmate under me, so that is facing straight down. I get my dick at the very bottom of the BM, then pull it straight out and put it on for the initial pump. Then, I pull my balls down. I wish the best of luck and hope this helped. 1) Grow my dick

Thanks bro. I'm going to try these different techniques and see how I'm feeling. I can deal with ball pain no problem. It's the lightheaded feeling that was freaking me out. But hopefully I can solve it with these modifications. Excellent. |
