so obviously just like everyone else I'm no testicular expert but it sounds like something is getting irritated and inflamed, I'd skip anything irritating(like bathmate or sitting in a squishing position) for a week or so and see how it feels after that, if it's getting worse then I'd actually worry but if it's pretty much okay by then you can try working your way up again more slowly, I definitely wouldn't just soldier through it right now as you'll continue to make it worse, either way I couldn't imagine your dick or fertility is at risk but you're definitely damaging something sensitive a little.
Wow, I thought I was the only one here that experienced this. I noticed it after I started going in at full pressure with a full erection.
