I had a hell of a time keeping water in there, even following Horny's routine. I combined a lot of peoples techniques and found I can keep a solid amount of pressure if I do the following. (For the shower, my tub is jacked so I can't do a bath)
1. Trim/shave the short and curly's. I didn't have a jungle down there, but I think this was my biggest problem. I was getting 0 suction and I think it was because my pubes were too long. 2. Fill completely with water. 3. Get 85% bone (or as best you can, I do it really early in the morning typically so I am dead tired and have trouble getting fully hard) 4. Face the shower and lean back at the 40 degree angle Horny suggests. 5. Have the tip of the BM facing the water, so basically you hold it up so the water is kind of hitting the lock directly on. 6. Pump it up. 7. Then no longer face the water (I dont know if this did anything, but I have had my best results when for some reason I have the BM facing the side and not getting directly hit by the shower head) 8. Re-pump every few minutes. I did this with an open and a closed valve. Closed will probably work better, but open didnt seem to be problematic. I also have one question, do people usually go 15-20 minutes straight without refilling/repumping? The instructions said to break it up a little bit, but I don't think Chris mentioned that. Also, hello, I am new. I'll do a formal introduction at a later time when I attempt to conquer AA. |

There are many different methods and routines that people follow according to what they believe in, but the bottom line is that you need 2 rest days in a 7 day period. Some put those days together, some spread them out and some add and extra day or two. Just depends on your time available and how fast it is healing from the stretching.

My first post here, so excuse me for poor english as it is not my primary language.
I just want to let you know about my way, how to deal with air trapped in BM (in shower). I have X40, unmodified, third week. Pour water into pump, valve is closed and pointing down. Place palm over opening and rotate pump so valve is pointing up. Air is up (as expected) Now quickly rotate pump back, refill water. At first, try procedure again to see no bubbles are in pump. Happy pumping... |

Had trouble with the Hercules and kinda gave up on using it. But finally getting into a groove with my X30 and this thing is awesome. I'm following the 100 Jelq...then Bathmate routine and its working well so far. Very glad I tinkered around with my X30 and got it working. It was worth the aggravation!
