So I have been doing PEs for about two years and gained about an inch in length. Not sure on girth. Ever since I moved in with my girlfriend a year ago I have not been consistent. However, I have recently been able to sneak a jelquing session about twice a week. It seems like I get better long term results in pump (2 days) from just jelquing as opposed to jelquing and then bathmate in the same session. The BM + jelquing seems like it goes away in about 24 hours. I am well versed in the BM use but curious if anyone else have thoughts on this just jelquing vs BM + Jelquing and why Im getting a better pump with jelquing alone?
Do you mean BM on monday, JQ on tuesday, and the pump stays until wednesday (2 days after the BM session)?

But an interesting question. For sure.
In my case, I pump almost every day (1 rest day a week), so i couldn't say. And JQ also almost every day (especially to help with water retention).
Looking forward to hearing from other guy's input on this.
Depending on the opinion, I'll maybe try and change my weekly routine.
Before you start doing that, how bout you stretch and use something like an Ace bandage/UJW/Size Genetics for the day. At night, jelq, then Bathmate. In mattersofsize's SRT routine, that's what he recommends.

2) Get down to 170lbs/Get an earth shattering ass
3) Finish writing book(s)
4) Organize my life
5) Make better money
Try doing Bathmate stretches in the morning. I've recently discovered them and they are taking my PE to a whole new level. I used to stretch with my hands but now do BM stretches instead and they're killer.
Just be careful with the pressure inside the Bathmate because when you push it away from your body the pressure increases by a shitload and I actually got a blood blister on my head that way. So now I monitor it carefully. But as long as you do that you'll be good to go.
