Seen various mentions in different threads, and I think in some of Chris' bathmate guides, of "good nutrition" or the right nutrition etc. That such and such routine should do this or that, given that you warm up, do it enough but not overdo it and also have the right nutrition.
So as the topic says, what does good nutrition mean in the context of PE? Is it the same as the general idea of good nutrition or does it differ when talking about PE? Will better nutrition boost gains compared to normal, or is it simply that very bad nutrition can block them?
It shouldn't really differ too much from the "good nutrition" in the context of bodybuilding. Maybe add some supplements to improve sleep quality (e.g. ZMA) to allow for optimal recovery at night and eat high-nitrate foods to improve erectile strength in case you use the BM.
There is no such thing as a PE specific diet. We're probably not talking about a bodybuilding diet either. The reason to have good nutrition during PE is to decrease the fat pad and have good circulation.

As long as you're getting good sleep and have no erection problems, the consequences shouldn't be monumental. It's only important if you have problems in those areas that the diet adjustments could improve.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
