This is my first post on the forums. I have been lurking the forum and read (and implemented) good looking loser for years.
I bought the bathmate 1,5 years ago and had alot of success with it in the beginning. I got some good gains for a few months (1,5 inches in length, didnt measure girth), but injured myself using it too much. I took a break for a few months after that and used it sporadically ever since.
I want to start using the batmate seriously again, but this time use it in a more responsible way. I have a good size at the moment. I just want to gain slow and stead. I have no interest in gaining 1 inch in a month. 1 inch in a year would be fine. Do any of you experienced losers have any suggestions for a good routine for this?
Also, how do you guys clean the dry and clean the bathmate? Im having trouble getting it dry after use since I cant get the towel all the way in..
Thanks for replying to my thread, bro. At the time I got injured I was doing 2 x 10 minutes BM every other day. Always at full pressure. Before and after that I did 5-10 minutes of stretching. On my off days I did some jelqing aswell (5-15 minutes).
Injury-wise II noticed that erecton quality suffered and that my dick was blue all the time. Took a week off PE and erection got back to normal again. The blue color took a fewmonths to disappear.
I also think I spent way to much time doing this. I am looking for a routine that is less time concuming and doesnt interfere with my active sex life. I'd rather have slow, but steady gains instead.
I've got a routine from MattersOfSize 5x5x3 = 5mins jelquing then 5mins Bathmate x3 sets. I was doing kind of GLL routine first 4 months ( from 8mins to 15mins every other day. Day A -bathmate, day B-jelquing 15mins). Got 0 gains. After switching to 5x5x3 4-6 days a week(more often 4 ) I've gained 0.4 inch lenght and 0.2 inch girth in 3 months. Slow gains as you can see

One of the reasons you didn't gain on the GLL plain is that you were supposed to combine the routines together at some point. This means that you would be stretching, jelqing and doing Bathmate on the same days, five days a week.
