OK, I've been using my Bathmate for 6 months, religiously sticking to the routines suggested here. I've definitely seen an increase in length (while in the tube) and girth. I've gained better than an inch and a half. But as I said, it's only while using the Bathmate. My erections are somewhat softer than before and I've noticed decreased sensitivity. (I used to get hard when the wind blew). What am I missing here? Should I be using a dietary supplement? I've looked into Yohimbe and Newgenics at GNC, but have not committed to buying yet. Or is it something else? I'm in the 50+ age bracket, so would that have more to do with it? I sure hope not! I'm not ready to just roll over. Suggestions please.
Also, I just can't seem to go in erect with the Bathmate. Something about a sterile plastic tube just doesn't do it. One more thing... The X-30 valve seems to lose it's mojo over time, so I've had to resort to the Wine-Vin adaptation, which really works great I might add...
Have you been doing a kegel routine? I find for me it's pretty much required to get those muscles strong and increase blood flow to the penis, otherwise the gains I make in the bathmate don't mean anything. When I started I had poor blood flow and would be nearing 7" (I'm 6" normally) in the tube, still only 6 outside of it. Some kegels, however, increased my erection quality to take advantage of the expanded tissues to fill them up with more blood, and now I'm at 6.5" outside the tube. More dick=more blood needed.
