I am new to the PE world and just purchased the bathmate x30 and have begun jelqing. I am going to take maca and staminol. Any ideas, routines, suggestions and or supplements for both quick yet safe sustained long term results? I am on the smaller side now around 4.5 x 4.5
Always warm up. I sue a heating pad for five mins. Just do stretches for a week. There are links that show you how to do them. Then add jelquing after you warm up and stretch. I use coco butter. Do that for a week. Then add the BM. Low pressure and work your way up. I would plan to do that for a month before you go full pressure and all three each time.
