So i visited a couple other websites recently in regards to PE.
I find an article over Pulse Pumping (something i hadn't seen on here). Different then static or interval training.
Its very similar to pumping and then removing the pump to jelq, except you dont take your pump off.
So heres how it goes -
*Pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
-lower the pressure to the lowest it can go while still holding suction to your body for 30 seconds
*repeat 4 or 5 times.
after re-pumping my stretch inside the pump was further and further.
after the session my dick felt so much thicker and harder. That initial pump (where its huge) has lasted quite a bit longer than usual and no donut effect. I am really happy with this new technique and it yielded great results.
Interesting concept. I found this link. Its talking about pumping for over an hour? I go 25 minutes and am pretty sore. I cant imagine an hour or more...But I am going to try the Pulse Pump routine for a while...Any one else have thoughts?

Actually if you searched a little harder, I've actually posted about pulse pumping on the forums here with an xtreme x30, though that's what I didn't call it at the time (didn't know what it was called); I would do it in 30 second sets for 5 min at a time - anyways yes, most guys who use air pumps eventually save up for a microcontroller that can be set to control the pressure and time at different intervals automatically. It works so well to the point that you could even set it to jack yourself off if you wanted.
if you ever go to thundersplace they call pulse pumping "dynamic pumping". just a heads up if anyone wanted to read more on the subject.
and i have to tell you....the results didnt seem like they were going to be worth it, but come that last set of 5 minutes....it was definitely worth it. I didnt even need to get a boner or anything. Just a solid warm up and bam...get to rockin
