No one has to take my advice, im merely parroting this info from a lot forum logs and posted experiences... but theres enough anecdotal evidence that sets mixed with jelqing is more effective in quicker gains + safer....

....And plenty of evidence that long single sessions have big potential to damage, including bruises

I just started getting the purple ring around the head and some of my undershaft too, since I started rubbing off a bit before going in with a semi. When I went it hot and flaccid, I didn't get that.

I want to get a bigger cock but it does make me nervous to have bruising even if it's temp.

I only get the discoloration while its in the pump, and for about 30 seconds after i take it off.

anyone know if the firegoat rolls are needed? I've been doing them to get rid of some discolouration but it is true that i seem to lose some of my pump.

Aidz: If you're doing the fire goat roll to relieve temporary bruising, you can do that while drying off, two birds with one stone. If you have permanent discoloration, you should do the rolls while you're jelqing.
