So I got a Hercules back in Sept. of 2012...its Dec 2 2015...no girth or length gains. And I'm using an Xtreme now.
I don't get it, I try to look up online other guys with the same problem as me and I can't even find a post about it (that isn't someone pissed because they don't see shit after 3 months...try 3 years haha). Yeah, I've went in with a boner, jelqed, edged, tried pretty much every fucking thing out there, done so many routines, and quite frankly for me, wasted countless hours to no avail. My routine: I do 20 a minute session in the tub, every other to every two days. Sometimes with a boner but most of the time lately I can't work one up for some reason/don't care because it doesn't seem like its working anyway. Anybody have any suggestions? What the fuck could I possibly be doing wrong? LOL |

Hmm you could just be a hard gainer and also not putting in enough work. But after 3 years even with half ass consistency you would see at least a little bit of growth.

I've had the Xtreme since August. Nope, not one god damn improvement. Should I start pumping every day? I used to get a 24 hour pump when I first started, now it takes no time at all for the fucker to go back to its normal size. Its not even giving me temporary big dick anymore. lol |

No, Stop what you're doing right this moment. Please wait one week, so today is Wednesday, wait until 2 Mondays from now. On the Sunday prior to the second Monday, measure. On Monday, begin the Ultimate Newbie Routine, found in the Get Hung section of this website. Here's the link:

Also, I would like you to do Bathmate for Length: www.goodlookingloser.com/entry/bathmate-...ate-for-length-gains Follow the routine as proscribed, stretching/jelqing on 1 day, Bathmate on the other. Use the BM for the proscribed amount of time at the recommended erection level. After the Newbie routine ends, you can now start doing BM 5 days a week. You can begin to increase your time as well as erection level until you get to 20 minutes at 100% erection. This should take approximately 1 more month. Kegel on any days you do PE, so it doesn't matter if it's the BM day or the stretching/jelqing day, do kegels. You should also in this second month, begin stretching and jelqing before a BM session. Measure on a weekly basis, include in inches every 1/16th that you gain, if you're using centimeters, record every millimeter gain. Now, for homework, I want you to look through thundersplace, amatterofsize, PE gym. Look at the stretches, jelqs and BM uses. I don't like counting jelqs, so I go by a time system. If at the end of two months, you have not seen any gains, then it will time to expand your PE devices into Phallosan Forte and Size Genetics or equivalent. I'm a hard gainer, but damn dude, we've got to get you growing. One final piece I will say is do not under any circumstances use the hand pump with the Extreme until you've started the 2nd month of the Ultimate Newbie routine. probably have tough tunica and/or ligs - but in 3 years you should have gained something.
I'd follow Str8chaser's advice - and also recommend adding a constant heat source while stretching/jelqing ie heating pads, infrared lamps, space heaters, etc. and using a piece of theraband (or just sticky latex) to grip better Links :

Not a bad idea at all from swan. Do you warm up? I use and recommend a rice sock to anyone doing PE.

Yeah, I massage in the tub for about 5 minutes before going into the bathmate for warm up. I do kegels all the time. But i'll start doing the newbie routine (again) haha.
