Usually i go in semi. Pump it semipressure to get bloodflow. Then after 2-3 min I take it off. Do some jelqs to get some good stiffness. Then put it on with full pressure 15 min. No pain issues. Can feel pressure at the end but nothing that hurts bad.
Working into week 3. Using the X 30 but still not seeing the gains I was hoping for. The ED issue (due to medical problems) complicates things a bit when trying to get the erection recommended in your routine. Any suggestions in this case? I'm still sticking with the suggested time limits and not pushing beyond them. Should I be doing something in addition? Just finished today's regiment and giving it the rest tomorrow.
Second day on after 1 day off. Really like my routine with going in semi for a couple of min to get flow, then recharge and go all in for 15 min. Get to about 7.5 with full pressure without a fuz. Then I can focus on showering and other gooming. Its a part of my morning routine now. Feels excellent.
Third day in a row i did a session today. Starting to feel that recovery is getting faster then after the first month. Gains will probably also be less then the first starting weeks. I am totally ok with that fact. I have alot of experience from the gym and I take the same approach here as with my body. First gains are always and after a while its gets harder and you need to mix up the routine. Also I think that alot of people stress the gains. Growing tissue/muscles is not an over night thing. I see this at the gym all the time. People start there "new life" and after two months you will never see them in the gym anymore. I think you need to have the same approach here to get get solid gains. To get that consistency over a longer time period is needed. Expecting 2-3 inch gains in week is just bs. Give it a year with 4-5 sessions a week and after that evaluate.
Back on tack again. Had a couple of days off and i think it was good. Had allt of sex and pumping and it was juat too much. Did a session today and i am hitting about 7.5/with full pressure nowdays.will be intreating to see how long it will take to get to 8.
Had a great session today. Noticed some adaptation in my body and the workouts dont feel as much. As with everything else in the body things get used to stress and I will probably mix it up when I hit the 2 month meassurement. Also dont think gains will be as significant as in the first month. Basicially the dick is responding exactly like muscles in the body. First its a chock but after a while you need to work harder for the gains.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
