Hey guys, been using the bathmate a few days. I should be going a bit slower I guess. I just wanted to check it out.
Been using it for about 4 days now. I was going to take a break today. I had some minor prior PE experience.
I was doing some stretching and warm ups before each session, I use the x30 as well without the comfort pad since the comfort pad seems to make everything worse.
Anyway I was pumping yesterday and I feel like as I pump I'm pushing the bathmate against a nerve or cord or something. I'm going to chill for a few days/weeks if need be. I went in with no boner at all for a few minutes then slightly pumped harder after getting a little harder as well.
I'm getting a slight stinging/burning sensation in the testicle after last night and I thought it was feeling better, tried to pump a little again today and the sensation feels similar with some pain in the lower abdomen as well. No my balls aren't getting sucked into it either.
Any thoughts on this? I'm about 7 BPEL x 4.6 MSEG and about 12-13% bodyfat 6'0, 180. I've read around and some of these stories scare me.
Maybe I can help you especially since we are about the same size I'm 6'0 184. I have experienced exactly what you have jus take it slow.
The key for me which I posted in my other thread is to have the bm pointed upward as much as possible, which means you should sit with it on, and make sure your are shaven very close down there. That will require less pumping force to get a seal, which will equal less pain.
Also you want to have the bathmate pulled up on your fat bad as much as possible to be as far away from your balls.
When I first started using mine. I had the same issues almost everytime I went to pump. It was very discouraging.
it will take some trial and error but just keep adjusting the positioning of the pump to find the sweet spot. Try rotating It slightly to the left or right. I have to rotate mine slightly to the left sometimes. If you are still having pain, take some time off though but don't give up on it.

What I do to get a good suction in the shower is lather my pubic bone area (fat pad) with coconut oil (I use cold press organic- don't know if that matters), and the BM x40 sucks on like a charm (that's with the comfort pad). Now a key point here is: DON'T lather your balls and ball sack with anything (soaps, oil, etc) when you loosen everything up before entering the BM. If you do as part of your warm up, then make sure it's all rinsed clean except for the oil on the fat pad. Otherwise, your ball sack can much more easily get sucked into the BM, which causes uncomfortable pressure on the cords you mention, and even your testicles themselves. Do this, as well as making sure your BM is placed as high on your pubic bone as possible, and you'll have zero issues with suction or painful pressure on your balls. Doing this, I barely have to even trim down there.
Maybe I'll check out olive oil for better suction. I'll retest with comfort pad as well.
I'm still not getting the " post pump" but i slowly lose erection in the bathmate anyway...I might try 5 minutes...get hard again then go again in 5.
Also, I feel like the skin at the tip of my dick is stretching a bit. I don't know if I don't have a lot of skin but it looks fairly normal to me, just feels like it "pulls" a bit much. Anyone somehow tape the head area or maybe figure out a way to lessen this pull?
I've been using the BathMate off and on for several months and have recently taken the BM out of the bath and sit in an office chair with it on, right after stretching/jelqing. This is the best pump I've ever gotten from it. My dick is fatter, especially around the circumcision scar and this lasts upwards of a couple of hours. I do have the Xtreme, though, so I've been using the handpump, adding a minute every week of use. I'm on week 5 of a routine, so I'll pump with the handpump for five minutes this week.

I'm a fat guy and I experienced similar issues with my spermatic cords using bathmate.
I think the issue is (in my case), that if you're fat, you've got a relatively large fat pad (mine is somewhere half an inch deep). and
fat being soft tissue, bathmate sucks the tissue inside and at the same time stretches the cords so they start to hurt.
The solution is relatively simple :
Before putting bathmate in place, keep bathmate in your right hand and stick your left hand fingers into your fat pad and then pull up and at the same time spread your fingers. This allows you to put bathmate directly on your bone like slimmer guys can do. and since you've spread the pad the cords don't get sucked in but stay at the sides.
Basically, this way you're not sucking your fat pad into bathmate but it's directly on your bones.
I also use a cock ring on my balls to keep then down but take it off as soon as there is enough suction.
This method took all my problems away.
I'm a bathmate noob, but if I find solutions to problems I've encountered, I'll post whatever worked for me.
