Does anyone who has excess scrotal skin/loose scrotal or turkey neck got any problems with the bathmate? With that said i mean that to much skin get sucked up into the gaiter and actully stretches the skin which would make it even more loose/make the turkey neck worse. Anyone with experience about this?

The problem is not that you have excess scrotum skin, its that the scrotum skin is migrating up the shaft because the "dick skin" on the underside of the penis is too tight or not adequate for the entire length of the shaft.
I have read that some guys say they got turkey neck from doing PE but I think its mainly because they grew their penises but neglected to stretch the skin under their penis. Its easy to pull on your dick and the top side skin stretches, but i find the under side doesnt stretch as easy and you may need to focus on stretching it.
I have some turkey neck which I'm pretty sure is from a not so perfect circumcision but I dont let it bother me. I watched a documentary, or was it Penn and Teller? on how (non religious) circumcision isnt even really useful, it is just a ploy for the hospitals to make more money.

But, regarding the BM, just use it normally and, when putting it on, use your hand to pull the excess skin of the TN out of the shaft of the BM.
That way it will stretch your skin without stretching the TN itself.

I actully did my first bathmatesession today, did it in the shower and actully got a great suction. I increased the pressure slowly untill i hit maxium by the 5 minute mark, then i took it of to see that everything looked okey, then i did another 3 min full pressure.
I got some kind of red spot on the shaft but it disspeared after I massaged my dick for about 5 minutes under warm water afterwards. I also got a bit of a swollen foreskin right at the edge, but not that much. Maybe i just pressed it a bit to hard for the first time. I wont go full pressure nextime, maybe just about 80% untill the penis get used to the pressure.
