Here is what I am doing. Any feedback is welcome as I want to keep up the progress!
-Use a heating pad. Wrap it up around your dick and balls for 5 minutes with a lot of heat.
-Use a pair of rubber gloves and do dick stretches. You can look on line for different ways to stretch. Work up to it. But I pull with my left hand over my right wrist and hold it for 45 seconds. I do two types of stretches. Twice with each hand.
-I keep my timer near me to watch for the 45 seconds each and I pull pretty hard. But work up to it and dont do it cold.
-Then I jelque. I use coco butter. You can buy it at any drug store. I get some porn on. Get almost hard. Lube up with the butter and jelque. I do 100 jelques 3 times. A total of 300. If my dick gets soft I play with it to get hard and keep going.
-I take a shower to get the butter off
-I fill up the Bathamte with water as warm as I can tolerate.
-I put my dick in the tube, with a hard on if I can
-I push the water out of the tube (using the valve as it is instructed)
-I keep the tube at maximum pressure. So I push really hard against my pelvis about every three minutes to be sure I am at max pressure throughout the whole bath mate session. I do full pressure for 30 minutes. Some say it is a lot but I have worked up to it for a year.
-I measure 7.25 inches inside the BM. When I take it out I measure about 5.25. Width is about 6 inches after BM but that is with the fluid retention from the BM.
-I just learned that to avoid the mushroom head effect I wrap my dick with the tape measure I use to measure my dick. It is the soft kind you can roll up. I dont wrap it real tight but enough that It keeps the water retention more evenly distributed across my whole dick and not just at the top under the head of my dick.
-So there you have it. Thats is what has gotten me an inch in a year and probably 1/4 inch in width.
Phenomenal progress man! I tend to spread my pe workout throughout the day. I will do 50 dry jelqs periodically. Every time I shower, which is 2-3 times a day, I will do 50 jelqs. Every time I go to the bathroom, I do 10 "piss pulls" (stretch and hold for two seconds then release for two seconds) and 25 cranks. After my lifting sessions, I will do 1 set of 30 seconds stretching in each direction. Then, i will do a little bit more jelqing and do the bathmate. Kegels throughout bathmate session.
Definitely try out the piss pulls every time you go to the bathroom!

What kind of BM do you have and are you using the comfort seal if it is a model that comes with it?
The reason I ask is I am just over 7" at basically 'full pump' in my BM (X30) but I am also at 7" BPEL, so I am wondering how you see 7+in in the BM at 5.25"?
On a related note, the other day I wanted to check to see if the BM ruler was accurate, so I manually compressed it down as far as it could go (the position it is in a full pump) and used a tape measure to check it, and it was pretty accurate, and since it is 'sucked' into your body, it is very similar to a 'bone pressed erect length' measurement.
