Was gunna update with my week of shit, decided against it this time around- same shit as the last post really EXCEPT that I've added the bundled stretch to my morning stretch routine- and I stretch basically every morning now- give or take a day if I feel a rest is in order.
Also just got a couple more clamps in the post, gunna test-run a double clamp this evening. DAYS 156-162 Mornings (every morning): ~3-5mins Rotary Crank and Multi-directional Manual Stretches under morning shower 2x30sec Bundled Stretch, Clockwise/Counter-clockwise. + A shitload of Kegels Wednesday's stack: ~2-3mins Warm-up + Rotary Stretches 10mins Clamping:- Double Clamp, 1 below head and 1 at base of shaft; worked the boner and peppered in the kegels to encourage blood flow. (Note: Boner took significantly more effort to maintain with a double clamp, made the process less enjoyable for me. May purchase an adjustable cock to take place of the second clamp at some point. Will experiment with double clamp positioning nonetheless. Also, clamp below head seemed to creep down to the midshaft due to the sort of padding I use.) ~2-3mins Jelqing to remedy the minor fluid retention (Note: Also have been playing around with clamping behind the balls, seem to cause blueballs-like pain in the sack. May need to make use of a larger clamp, or a cock ring to clamp behind the balls.)
