I have been using my bathmate for almost 4 months now and have gained almost half an inch in erect length and 3/8 inch in erect mid shaft girth. Very happy with my results so far but obviously I want to keep pushing the gains!
I have a questions for veteran users. Have you found over time that longer duration but less intense sessions produce better results over shorter duration but more intense sessions? For example, I can now pump in the bathmate to approximately 6.75 inch length for a 20 minute session. At this intensity I feel a moderate tug on my penis the whole time and when I remove the pump I have some red spots but nothing crazy. I can also pump to approximately 7 inch length for maybe 10 minutes. At this point I feel a strong pull on my penis, not to the point of pain, but after about 10 minutes I've had enough. When I remove my penis I have maybe four times the red spots but definitely feel a better post session pump. In both situations the red spots are gone by the following morning. So far I would say the moderate intensity sessions for longer time have been my staple session. It is only recently after I reached 20 minute sessions that I started experimenting with higher intensity. For those who have used the bathmate for awhile and gotten good results, which type of session do you feel has produced better results for you over time? When in doubt, err on the side of aggression

20 Minutes or until you start seeing water retention, highest pressure you can possibly stand. Personally, I don't start my stop watch until I am at max pressure or at least over 8" in the bathmate. Just work your way there... i takes time... don't hurt yourself. PE really is a long term thing, and the BM is by far the best.
A good routine I did for a while was doing 10 minutes of bath mate followed by manual stretches then jelqing then another 10 minutes in the BM I'm just starting to do PE again, at my biggest I was around 8.75 inches in the bathmate.. Now just about 8.4, but, def. seen some perm gains (started around 6-6.5). I used to do sessions all the way up to 40 minutes, at high pressure, personally, I think my dick reacts and grows better with sessions at 20 minutes or less. Also, once you get more experiance with it, the vacuvin can add some more pressure and get you an even more intense stretch... fuck yeah!

Also, I think water retention is counter productive to growth, though a little bit wil make your dick look huge if your looking to impress... hajahaha

@FS-Ronin Thank you for your input. I typically have the bathmate on for 4-5 minutes and slowly work up to the max length I plan on going to so I don't think I will count warm up time from now on.
By water retention you mean the subcutaneous water you get right? How can you tell you are getting it with the bathmate on? I can only tell after I take it off and feel it. Also, where can I purchase a Vacuvin? Google wasn't very helpful. When in doubt, err on the side of aggression

No problem man. If you don't know what water retention is then you haven't had it yet. You will know it when you get it. There is a good chance it is different for everyone but for me its "doughnut dick" my foreskin swells up and gets huge as if I have a doughnut on my dick.
There (used to be?) an article on GLL about the vacuvin mod. I searched but couldn't find it. You will need a few parts to put it together and I think your better off just reading the article. It is very intense so don't this until you have had at least 6 months experience with the bathmat and really know what you are doing. I wouldn't worry about it for now but hopefully Chris or a Mod can post a link so you can have it when the time comes to "pump it up" to the next level... hahahaha Wearing my bathmate now btw, bout to pull some more water out with the vacuvin! donkey dick here I come ![]()

@FS-Ronin One more question. What is your opinion on the red dots you get post bathmate session? Do you believe they are indicative that you over did it or no? Personally I get red dots after most sessions and it doesn't seem to be inhibiting my results.

The red dots are fairly common for a lot of people and if they are gone by the next morning, I'd say your good

@FS-Ronin Thanks man! Appreciate all the help. One more question that I just remembered. So I've been using the bathmate almost 4 months now and I have increased my bone pressed erect length by almost 1/2 inch. The weird thing is that my bone pressed flaccid length hasn't increased at all. I don't see how it would be possible to increase my erect length but have the flaccid remain the same? I'm 95% sure I've measured the exact same way with a full erection every time. I always push really hard into the pelvis and my body fat percentage hasn't changed at all. Even if there was a little variation in the measure it wouldn't account for almost half an inch.
I bought a size genetics but unfortunately don't have the time to wear it right now. I tried it a few times and didn't find it very comfortable. I know with more use I'll figure out what works. My plan right now is to keep up with the bathmate and jelqing and hopefully in another couple months I'll have time to figure it out. Plus the increased size from the bathmate should help with making it more comfortable. When in doubt, err on the side of aggression

Hey buddy, I'm not sure I understand the question but gains will come, I have never measured my flaccid length to be honest but it certainly has increased by a lot. I was certainly a "grower" before if you know what I mean...
Also, I highly recommend the Velcro mod (google it, its on another forum) for the SG. Use the black traction pad that comes with the SG and with a velcro mod it will be as comfortable as it can be. Make sure to tighten that velcro has hard as you can. If you experiance any slippage reduce the tension until you can get it to work. The SG is certainly a product that takes a good amount of time to monkey around with to figure it out, but it seems to help in combination with the BM. I mean, looking at my gaines... I've gained 1.5-2 inches in about a year... that seems like a lot... so I must be doing something right. I think the bathmate does the most and then by using the SG afterwards (even at a very "low" tension) it keeps my dick stretched out to heal stretched out. I also think water retention is the enemy... At the end of the day, we all are really pioneers when it comes to this PE stuff. I mean, we are sticking our dicks into high pressure vacuum tubes, hanging weights from our cocks, and grabbing the head of our penis's and pulling with all of our strength... hhahahahahha innovation at its finest!

I'd like to hear more input about longer verses shorter sessions. I know Chris said 20 minutes in BM at full erection would keep the "pump" all day. Unfortunately, I still lose the pump within a few hours. I am wondering about the best long-term RESULTS. Short-6 minute pumps working up to full erection or go in erect for 20. What's the best???
