The ESPN documentary on Ben Johnson changed everything I thought I knew about steroids.
He is the poster boy for just how effective a well planned protocol can be. I turned 32 this year and decided to really take my health into my own hands. I got my bloodwork done a few days ago and I'm expecting the results back tomorrow but even before I went I was leaning toward enhancement. My physical 'ideal' is more sprinter than bodybuilder and I ran track back in college so I've got my training more or less planned out My question is what would be a good beginner cycle that will help me get super lean and ripped without sacrificing my existing strength or getting too bulky? Currently my stats are: Wt: 216lb Best Deadlift: 585lbs 1rep Best Bench: 315lbs 4reps Best Squat: 495lbs 2reps Best Weighted chin up: 100lbs 8 reps 1 set Not sure what my bf% is but I'd guess between 9-11% As far as my target goals go I want to get down to 195lbs 5% body fat Of course I welcome all strength gains As far as stacks go I was thinking: Test (might need this regardless but I'm really hoping my sex drive gets a punch from it) Mk 677 (mostly for recovery, sleep, skin, and hair improvement) T3 Let me know if I'm nuts or on the right track with this stack |

Mk will make it harder to cut since it makes you want to eat. I'd stick to Test, t3 and clen if you're cutting.

What if I use a high caffeine preworkout like Prosupps Hyde? The caffeine should suppress the appetite no?

You're not going to want to be on caffeine or taking nearly as much as you'd need to suppress your appetite if you're on clen and t3 at the same time. Caffeine doesn't really suppress appetite that well anyway.
Mk is primarily used for bulking anyway and it's really not that good of a compound to be honest. 4 - 2016 and before

I read that MK and its GH boosting properties help with old injuries and nagging pains and stuff as well as recovery from intense training...is there anything else I can take to get the benefits of that? |

Test will help with recovery. PEDs aren't meant to treat pain or injuries and MK 677 probably won't do that.

Btw what about Anavar? Would it bring anything to the table for a male sprinter?... Also how long should I run this stack for? I'm thinking 8 weeks |

If health is your goal / high on your list of priorities then you don't want to go down to 5% body fat.
EDIT - Also, I have never used AAS so I have no firsthand experience to back this up, but if you have never done a steroid cycle before then your first cycle should always be testosterone only and definitely not higher then 500mg once per week for your first cycle and definitely not longer then 8 weeks (unless you are willing to make AAS a lifetime commitment) Age: 22 Height: 6'1 Weight: 185lbs

Never taken anavar. And it depends how long you want to be cutting for, how severe you want to cut and what BF you want to get to. You're not going to get to 5% in 8 weeks I'll tell you that much. I'd look to do about 12-16 weeks.

I don't expect to get down to 5% bf (or 5-7% now that I think about it) in 8 weeks on 1 cycle.
Getting a proper AAS Protocol to add to my eating and training plan is just 1 aspect of a total transformation that I'm undergoing over the next 18 months. All the research I've read and info I've seen from documentaries like 9.79 has made me a believer in the power of anabolics so I want to put them to work for me. I did get (some of) the results from my bloodwork back today...Test level came back 786 ng/dl which is not too bad I guess but my estradiol was an alarming 303 pmol/l so before I run anything that estradiol is gonna have to get knocked waaaaaay down |

If you're a beginner, you may want to hold off on Clen and T3. You'd be surprised how good of results you can get with testosterone and a proper diet alone.
If you insist on running multiple compounds, either ostarine or anavar are much safer options to run with test, and will get you great results. This is me after running 250mg test per week, 10mg mk667 and 30mg ostarine per day for 12 weeks. I took .5mg adex ever other day to keep estrogen in the mid 20s, which is important to keep the water/bloat in check when your on test. Was already on TRT a year before this (30 years old) so ostarine and a low carb diet is what really got me lean. EDIT: Just read your test is in the high 700s, which is good for your age. Honestly, just get your estradiol in the low-mid 20s, eat low carbs, and maybe just run ostarine or anavar.

I was actually just looking at the research on SARMS specifically Ostarine and S4 and given their (mostly) mild nature I'm leaning more towards those.
Since Ostarine is beneficial to muscle retention I might stack that along with S4 and a micro dose (12.5mcg) of T3 for enhanced fat loss |
