I did a blood test, it measured a lot of stuff, but I was particularly interested in T levels because I have erectile disfunction and basically have felt fatigued for all my life (maybe except the last couple of weeks). I scored 474, free and total. It is "normal" but it is below average for my age (>600). I already excercise regularly, eat fat, protein (both saturated and unsaturated), I'm sexually active, I am exposed to sun regularly (I am slightly tanned now). I can't tell you how frustrated this makes me. Another value that is abnormal: vitamin D. 18.2 ng/dl (normal is >30). There is probably a link between the 2. Another value that was abnormal: platelet serotonin 550 (normal is <500).
The test didn't measure thyroid hormone, but I found an old study and it is 2.76. It is "normal" but it is rather on the slow end. It is consistent with my lifelong symptoms of mild depression and fatigue.
I really don't know what to do. Should I enhance myself? How can I talk to doctors so they listen to me?
Comfort doesn't make you happy. NUMBER 1 GOAL: SOCIAL FREEDOM. FINISH THE AA PROGRAM/KILL AA
"the problem i have with most things online, as well as in real life, is that the people that talk the most are the people who should talk the least
and the people who should talk the most talk the least because they are busy taking action in real life"
The vitamin D issue is an easy fix. Just take at least 1000iu (typically 1 pill) everyday.
I had strange body-aches and fatigue few months ago.. And I have black skin and almost never go outside of the house. When I go out its usually after sundown.
Started taking 4000iu after my mother who's a doctor suggested it and that might have helped because the aches have disappeared. Dropped down to 2000iu right now.
About the testosterone levels, no one can really help you here you should go to an endocrinologist if you think your ED and fatigue might be linked to a hormonal deficiency. Also you're hardly "low" compared to most people on TRT.
And testosterone level is not a constant and varies drastically throughout the day. in particular test level fall after a workout.
in order to get a real figure you'd have to repeat the test several times.
You'll be able to get it over 600+ easily. Give it 3 months.
Focus on upping vitamin a,d3,k2
calcium 1g, magnesium400mg , zinc10mg , selenium 2 Brazil nuts, boron 3-10mg
the same regarding saturated fats, carbs to protein ratio
Give it 3 months

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
