I'm 28. I already have the proper discipline and training knowledge. Would it be worth it to use test to hit my natural limit quicker, then stop there and maintain or would it not be worth it if it suppresses my natural production for life after that?
If you're wondering why I haven't already hit my natural limit at 28 if I have the proper discipline and training knowledge, that's because I've had periods of extreme work focus. The discipline never wavered, it was just focused elsewhere at times. An additional data point is that I'm not into bodybuilding, my objectives are athletic performance. The need for endurance will reduce the max muscle I can carry.
Additionally, it's hard to manipulate body fat because that's a calorie counting game which gets messed up because the recovery needs and calorie expenditures from athletic training can't be counted as easily as a guy who just lifts and can count sets and reps precisely. Then again, I've never used any drugs other than EC stack so maybe there's drugs that I'm unaware of which can solve the body fat part of the equation.
