I know there are several benefits to creatine, but I've read that one could potentially experience hair loss with creatine. That's enough for me to hear to be quite cautious while using it. Has anyone personally experienced this while using creatine (5g/daily)? Thanks

No. Creatine has zero to do with hair loss.

Well, not according to Chris: I was just looking for anecdotal evidence from anyone on the forum. Anybody else experience (or not experience) hairloss from creatine? Thanks |

Creatine increases dht. And as long as you’re on it your dht will remain 40% above baseline. Dht fucks you in the ass with hair loss if you’re prone to male pattern baldness but does help with beards and body hair development.
Just some food for thought. Doesn’t mean it’ll affect u too much or it may. Who knows Skinny 132lb kiddo with level 3 approaching skills, looking to constantly improve

I find it hard to believe creatine would be legal if it did raise DHT. I've only heard of 1 study even suggesting this. Surely there has to be more research. But regardless, if one is worried about DHT related hair loss then creatine is the least of their concerns, considering testosterone is the main precursor to DHT. In other words, stopping creatine would not prevent the hair loss anyways. Instead, minoxidil...

Not sure if it is directly related to hair loss, but whenever I take creatine my liver gets destroyed (toxic hepatitis or something like that is the medical term I believe). Could liver be related to hair?
I got officially diagnosed by doctors btw, before you discredit my claim. Back then I didn't even drink/smoke lmao and I got into liver problems department with all the alcoholics. |

Not working out an being a estrogenic girl will retain the most hair. However, this will NOT get you laid with a flabby physique and a few hundred extra strands of hair so a middle ground of creatine, EXTRA WATER (muy importante on creatine), healthy diet, saw palmetto, minox, regenepure and 4-5x a week gym will retain hair with no adverse affects from creatine
having sex raises testosterone/dht which technically causes hair loss. so go celibate to save hair? lmao just don't do sarms/roids (unnatural test boost which often wrecks your dick) and do creatine with over 1 gallon of water a day and you will have no hair loss and more gainz with even a cognitive boost i used to think creatine made you look fat due to water weight and made you lose hair until I did a shit ton of research and started listening to obsessed experts and not the "bros". creatine is the shit. #1 supplement for fitness by a mile and cheap, start with 5g preworkout then graduate to another 5g post PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
