My nose is still runs from time to time but with a couple of days of rest i will be able to train again and i think it would be great to have someone as a partner, also talking to a person live really helps in beign more involved, even like once a week, it can make you very productive i think, i've had accountability partner for other stuff in the past and it was great and we ended up meeting in real life
anyway this sinusitus was fucking terrible, i've added more vegetable, vitamin C and extra virgin Cod liver oil to my diet to boost my immune system

To be honest tho, the best accountability you could possibly ever have is keeping a log on the forum.
The forum will push you forward. If I hadn't started a log I probably wouldn't have studied consistently for this long.
A lot of people give up on the forum and leave forever, imo because they can't handle seeing how others get success and they don't, these people have the wrong mindset because they're lazy, instead of using other people's success as motivation, it becomes a source of negative feelings, so they just leave. I can tell you're not lazy, so why not visit the forum more often and update your log more frequently?
BTW, I eat berries every day, and never ever catch anything. Blend them together and put some spinach too, it will taste great and it's a great source of vitamins and antioxidants.
