Hi CoolGuy,
How do you rate your months? Do you average its days? What variables do you take into account? Amount of hours you stay focused on a task or the output/product? Another question, Do you think discipline is a metaskill that you can train and affects everything else? Or do you think there is one discipline for each activity and you just build the habit on each one of those? Thanks in advance. |

I rate based on 2 factors : mundane efficieny and personal project output
A rate of 5 / 10 is me being average, no achievement on my personal projects and just doing enough to not have a fuck-up (getting chastized for being late to work). Missing one big thing, like say missing a work deadline takes away 0.5-1 points. Big fuck-ups like failing exams or getting fired away 2-3 points, getting arrested or some other big fail is minus 3-4 points. On the other hand : if I respond all of my mails on time, wake up perfectly, get to work on time, always finish the extra tasks at work in record time I can get a max of 7.5 / 10 The other 2,5 are based on my output in personal projects. For example reaching my goal of 100 girls in a month adds 1.5 points, reaching 200 adds 2-2.5 and so on, depending on my peronal project (number of pages I wrote, number of hours I dedicated, it depends) Thus to get a 10 /10 I need to be perfect in my daily work / study life, get good grades on exams, show up to work on time and so on and also over-reach significantly in my personal projects as well. If my personal projects do well but not work, or the other way, that is what takes away points. I had months with extreme productivity in personal projects but no productivity at work and those months were say 7-8 / 10 The goal is to be efficient in both work and personal project. Just be efficient overall. I think it's less of a skill and more of a constant on-going habit, but over time your ability to do both work and personal projects increases slowly and you can get more done in both areas simultaneously over time. But it is slow. So I just keep this log to measure my long term productivity and keep myself on track. Since most projects are long-term it's harder to keep track of overall productivity as opposed to a daily productivity, you fall victim to spikes of productivity then falls. That way I am not biased if one day is going well but another one is slow. I see the overall picture and move towards the bigger goal-posts. 10 daygame lays ✔

November 2019
This month I rebounced, and although I wasn't spectacular, I was way more on point than previous months. Got a lot of things done more or less on time. Was more pro-active, not hyper-productive but still relatively decent. Next month I might try to be actually in a more dedicated pro-productivity mode. Steadily rising. Let's try and make December more productive. 8/10 10 daygame lays ✔

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
