My life has been going smoothly, I've been doing more approaches (still not many), but overall it's all great. Last year I focused a lot on buying clothes and other stuff, also survived some really hard times and fixed some health issues. Right now I am doing great, but I will focus less on trying to do something crazy and more on just keeping the ball rolling.
The one area I really want to hit hard is PE. I want to fill the Bathmate x40 by the next year. I will also hit the gym, but not hardcore. On top of that I plan to keep my mood high, by avoiding downer stuff. I also plan to not watch porn and to not masturbate (haven't been for a month already). I am also currently working on a big project on top of my studies. So my 4 big goals are : 1) Fill Bathmate x40 length wise by next year 2) Do not watch porn or masturbate 3) Finish college 4) Hit the gym at least twice a week I would also add stay positive but it's not really quantifiable (guess going to more parties ?) I plan to acheive that by : 1) Using bathmate daily. I will also start wearing SizeGenetics daily again soon. I would also like to do the 8 week Keegel routine at some point, although that's less priority 2) Don't watch porn and don't masturbate 3) Go to gym at least twice a week 4) Keeping up with the studies It's simple but I think this is what I need right now. Chris recommended breaking down the goals by month.
So far I am doing great. Have been keeping up fine. Have not masturbated. Have done PE regularly. Have gone to the gym enough times. Have also went to every party I could. I also kept up with school so I am fine on that front. So for March : 1) NoFap X 2) PE X 3) Gym X 4) Party X 5) Study X My goals for April are to maintain this. But on top of that I have to accomplish 3 specific tasks : 1) Finish some tutorials 2) Stop lags in studies. I have lagged behind just a bit and want to make sure to close any gaps 3) Finish some legal paperwork I will probably update it in May, but so far so good. 10 daygame lays ✔

Actually, if by "stay positive" you mean -- be in a good mood more often than not.
Then, it is quantifiable. For example: eat clean, do gym, spend less time with people that drain you, meditate, achieve your daily goals, have good sleep hygiene... And so on. You get the idea. AA Program

Well, yeah it's impossible to feel On Point 100% of the time. I look at things as a ratio. For example: what's the ratio in the past 100 days (or whatever) of bad to good (great) days? As long as there're more good (great) days… all good. You're a happy camper. And yes, spending time with people you like (partying or not) would defo be on the list of things that raise well being. Just a small update. I have a week of vacation now.
Except I won't be relaxing. I will use it as an opportunity to do all my hand-ins and pick up where I am somewhat behind with my studies. I will also try to finish some legal paperwork. Wish you luck. Lol. Anyway, regarding quantifying "positivity", can't you have a scale from 1 to 10 regarding mood? Of course, it'll be subjective, but it will work to some extent. I am doing the same with my depression, except from -5 to 5 -5 is suicidal, 5 is euphoric as fuck. Scale is subjective, but most of the time you're able to tell where you are. |

@Newbro What you suggest is an approach I could use. I don't plan to do it now, as I am focused on action and my mood has been good as of late, but I will keep it in mind for the future.
A little update. I enjoyed my vacation. Unfortunately I underestimated the amount of work necessary. Very glad I decided to work during the vacation. I finished 2 tasks, the third one is done half-way, but I will have to work all week probably to finish it. The 4th one is not mandatory so I might skip it, or maybe not, I'll see. I need to finish task 3 this week so I can focus on task 5 which will require A LOT of work. On the good side, I am getting much better at what I am doing, so I am feeling the progress. I am glad I am productive and don't slack. I will need to work extra hard this week at the very least, to finish task 3. And if I have some extra time on my hands, task 4. I want to dedicate the next week and the week afterwards for task 5. 10 daygame lays ✔

An update.
Around 20th of April I became so sensitive from not watching porn that I came after my penis rubbed against the bed sheet. Afterwards I said fuck it and jacked off a few times, felt amazing. Now I am back on it. I did fall to the temptation of watching porn a few times, but not much. I allowed myself to watch some images yesterday since I was having a panic attack and it relaxed me a bit. In regards to studies. I am keeping up, but the taskload is insane. I was so nervous yesterday. I had to upload a hand-in before midnight. I was working so hard I couldn't sleep for 2 hours afterwards and even felt like vomiting. Ridiculous amount of tension. Amid this stress it's hard to keep up with the plans. The one thing I AM NOT giving up for no reason is kegels. I did them even yesterday. I know from personal experience, as soon as you miss one of those it fucks up the rythm, not so much the other activities. I still go to gym at least twice a week and wear extender, but haven't used pump in a week, being busy and all. I'll try to keep up with it anyway. In regards to studies. As soon as you finish one assignment, they load you with another. Right now is the finals period so it's crazy, trying not to lose my mind ![]() ![]() Anyway, still keeping at it. Still wearing extender and doing kegels and still trying to go at least twice a week to gym. Been missing pump, will try to start using again. Some update. Just finished all urgent assignments. Jesus. These 2 weeks were the most intense I can remember during studies. Constant work. I was handing-in assignments every other day, and when I thought I am done with them, they gave me new ones
![]() Anyways. One last assignment till the end of May, and then exams. Meanwhile, I've been keeping up with kegels and PE. Been going to the gym at least twice a week. I did however break my NoFap cycle, it might be time to restart . It's generally better to start cycles when you are not under super-pressure from other tasks, otherwise every new habit takes extra energy to follow, which takes away energy from everything else. That's why I skipped 2 days of kegels. I really needed to do an assignment on time, was working 24/7 and every distraction would have slowed me down. I always remember Chris' rule : something is better than nothing, don't let perfectionism stop you. I will recover those 2 skipped kegel days and even when I don't have energy for gym I just do some small exercise. It's important to not break flow. I do everything possible, sometimes small, to not break flow. It's really important. Again, something better than nothing. I also noticed when masturbating that : 1) the kegels are working, I can stop myself from cumming even when I think there is no way back (which I couldn't do before). So I can confirm, yes, kegels DO work 2) porn does not excite me anymore. I can't explain why, porn is just numb to me. I'm bored with it. I enjoy watching girls IRL, but the effects of porn have dulled. Things that turned me on before do almost nothing. It's weird and I can't explain why. I guess it's like smoking. Quit for 6 months and then cigarette smoke seems disgusting again. Who knows. Now, that I have a bit more time I can put a bit more energy into gym / PE and maybe restart the NoFap cycle. So, it's the start of Summer.
I finished all my projects and one exam. Four to go. I will leave one task I was planning to do for the vacation, it would be a better time. I have followed my plans meticulously. I am keeping at it with the kegels and gym. On top of that I have gotten back into NoFap and haven't fapped or watched porn for a week. Hoping to last at least until July this time. 10 daygame lays ✔

So some update for June.
Finished all exams, no fails. YES ![]() Now I have to practice some stuff in preparation for the bachelor the upcoming semester. I will find some time to learn. Currently on vacation. The main priority is to relax first, but I'm not abandoning gym or PE. But probably won't be as efficient as usual. Have been going to the gym almost everyday recently. Nice progress on that part. Studies going on perfectly. Keeping up with PE, experimenting with the pornstar routine. I have been masturbating and watching porn once in a while, although a lot less than usual. I did this to experiment with some stuff, particularly inducing wet dreams. Although have not succeeded yet, had some crazy experiences.
