Just got the request. It really is an addiction man. I went over 100 days clean in a row last year and somehow got back to everyday usage, like wtf. It creeps on you slowly.

I'm managing to go 3-4 days now before it gets hard but at least half of it is psychological
February Goals:

-Put 120 hours into my blog
-Hit 500 active users
-Make my first sale through blogging

Have you ever been or considered travelling?

I went to Southeast Asia on my own and also Mexico on my own and it was hands down the greatest way to improve social anxiety.

Everyday you are meeting new people and you constantly have travel to talk about. Not to mention almost everyone is in care free vacation mode like you.

This really gets your social joints lubed and it was very easy to carry it back with me. I wouldn't say I ever had social anxiety but I was definitely shy 5 years ago. Btw travel is fun as fuck so...
