: I woke up at 8am today! I am going to continue to do this, get my body adjusted to waking up earlier
: Went to the doctor told him about my symptoms, he prescribed something and I dropped the slip off at the local Pharmasave. I'm going to pick up the prescription later today. Then I'll find out the name and research the compound.
: Went to the gym after taking 1mg of Lorazepam. It reduced my anxiety significantly. I had low social anxiety instead of the usual moderate social anxiety I have been having for the past few weeks. I felt really damn good !!!
IF YOU HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY CONSIDER GOING TO THE DOCTOR AND TALKING ABOUT IT
: Out of everything I have done to try and beat social anxiety this has been the biggest step forward. Exposure therapy was working a little bit, but this helped a lot. Also, he said that while I have social anxiety it was likely a symptom of withdrawal from the THC. So with a little medical help it should go away on its own.

I wouldn't say your biggest step against SA was getting Lorazepam, thought. It is just a substance.
I have no social anxiety after 5 shots of vodka either.
Doesn't mean it gets fixed, thought. I would say long-term, what you did about hanging out with friends and feeling good about it (behavioural conditioning) is the biggest step, and the one that will have most impact on your social anxiety.
