Yes, I'm shamelessly copying Chris's thread from last year.
December just started which means it's the perfect time to already get to work on your 2017 goals and get a month-long headstart over everybody else. Let's discuss our goals in this thread, give each other tips, and evaluate how 2016 went.
My goal in 2016 was to gain 15kg of mass. I actually bulked until my biggest ever (80kg) but I lost some body fat and I'm at 75kg with about 9% bodyfat right now which gives me a net gain of 5 kg (but less bf) over last year. One major reason I completely fucked it up is by taking two months off because of exams. I fucked up school completely but I turned that around (at the cost of my gains sadly).
Now that school is out of the way it's time to hit my goal body for once and for all which will happen in 2017. I'm going to bulk to 85 kg (+10 kg) and then cut back to 7-8% which will put me around 81kg as my estimate. At 5'11. Maybe I'll aim for 90kg in the future, who knows.
I'm also finishing up my degree which is going to be really easy this year, so that's my goal B. I'm probably also going on an exchange program to either Prague or Warsaw this year which should be fun.
Miscellaneous to do list for 2017:
- Find a good tanning salon
- Get teeth whitened
- Professional pics
- Read 20 books (already 1/20 in)
- Going out Alone program in the second half of the year
Seeing as the golden eagle project was a success (12 lays regardless of method - in the end 11 online, 2 cold approach), 2017's goal will be 12 lays with 7s from cold approach.
Misc goals: (realistically may only achieve 1 of these but what matters is the primary goal above)
- Learn basics of survivalist techniques
- Become fluent in Russian and Portuguese
- Become more jacked than ever before
- Do the AA program and Going Out Alone Program
- Don't drink alcohol once the entire year
- Don't fap once the entire year
I have thought about my next goals and here are some of them:
-Have the LA experience (Work as a waiter in LA to be close to hot girls)
-Learn and apply French in my daily life
-Get my first tinder hookup
-Lose or maintain my current body fat (current 11%)
-Open up a business with my dad
-Bang 15 girls
I might add that 2016 has been a good year for me, never I thought I could bang this many girls. 7 girls from cold approach, that's a record for me.
1A. Get a decent body until June doing mostly bodyweight exercises(in a gym tho), mainly getting super lean.
1B. I've spet literally 15 mins thinking about this one.. Probably start a business or something money-oriented.
1) Pass every exam at uni(grades don't really matter);
2) Keep doing PE, I'm super curious about what one year of everyday jelquing will bring!
3) Cook instead of wasting money;
4) Get 10 lays;
5) Have fun, be a nice person and make others' lives better, this is what makes me feel good when I go to sleep at night.
Hey my 1st post! My top goal is getting back in shape. Sorry Chris, I'm not into hardcore keto. I take it slow and steady. Started a new career (1st time I can actually pay my bills!), and working out 3 months ago. Was 207 lbs, 23.5% bf. Now 199 @ 21%.
Every 5 lbs is a milestone in my mind. I'll be happy to hit 195, then 190...
First big goal:Planning to hit 185 @ 15% or less by May in time for summer.
At 180, I'll look athletic.
At 175 I'll be pretty leaned out / ripped.
On a longer time frame, I'll add 5-15 pounds of muscle on top of that.
