It seems like you are implying him to work for his body 5 months and then leave it aside while working on other goals. So whats the point on working 5 months on this if after this he will loose his physique?

Obviously Chris means to focus his attention on reaching his physique goals, as if it doesn't have his undivided attention, it is much less likely he will follow through with it. I'm honestly surprised you think he's in any way implying that after five months he's saying to focus on other goals and let your body hit the shitter. The whole point is to achieve the physique, then maintain it while shifting his focus onto other goals after the physique goal has been reached. Common sense.

Can you make it your resolution to at least hit on 10 girls this year? Never mind if you get any dates from it, just talk to them and attempt to set up a date. This is something that is 100% in your control so there are no excuses on this one.

There are some side goals that I'm not gonna be quite as focused on like setting aside at least 30 minutes each day for doing something to get one step closer to succeeding at online business.
