Graduate college / get a job.
Lesser goals include... I intend to do full body strength training every MWF and cardio on TR until at least may, or however long it takes, while following a low carb diet.my friend devised this routine for me, is it any good if my goal is to replace 20-30 pounds of fat with muscle? I am 170lb skinny fat and my friend calls me an ectomorph..? I will meditate either before or after I work out for at least ten minutes . I've realized the only way I'm going to beat depression is by retraining my brain to not have negative thoughts all the time. Meditation coupled with a 2 minute thankfulness exercise every day is a step in the right direction. I intend to beat depression, get ripped, beat approach anxiety, and generally be the person I want to be within the next two years, and these goals should help get me there. Throughout the next few months I'll also be programming an app for something I'm passionate about. The goal is to have it done before the year ends. If the app takes off then I make money, and if not I get a great project to put on my resume! |

Hey Chris, It seems like you are implying him to work for his body 5 months and then leave it aside while working on other goals. So whats the point on working 5 months on this if after this he will loose his physique? |

Id like to find me a cute young girlfriend first. And i feel that this goal is pretty achievable since i finally started taking at least some action for the first time in my life and im getting some looks from women.

Save up a few grand and book a one-way ticket to Australia.
Already done the math and set up automatic savings and even have a piggy bank on my desk. I'll be getting on a plane in August/September at this rate. Other goals include do a proper cut and get shredded with sarms, some online money-making stuff, some work related stuff, a few little things not worth mentioning here. |

Main Goal: Make $3,000 in one month this year.
I've been self employed for the last 3 months (haven't had a job in 7 months). 1st month made $200, 2nd month made $600, this past month I made $1K. So I should be on route to reach this goal. Secondary goal: Fuck a different girl every month. Fucked one today so, I guess I got the momentum going. |

Obviously Chris means to focus his attention on reaching his physique goals, as if it doesn't have his undivided attention, it is much less likely he will follow through with it. I'm honestly surprised you think he's in any way implying that after five months he's saying to focus on other goals and let your body hit the shitter. (2-4 hours a week) Something like - 5 months or until down to 8-9% - workout 5 days a week - follow a high-protein, low-carb diet 7 days a week (re-carb if necessary) after 5 months or when the job is done - workout 2-3 days a week - follow a high-protein, low-carb diet 7 days a week (re-carb if necessary) Please no Private Messages.
