In concrete terms.
I want to log myself for a year (with just working out, doing P.E, and eating right) and see where I end up in a single year. It won't be about losing weight, or gaining muscle (though those things will occur), but more about me getting up every day at 5 a.m, and doing what I need to do that day, even if I don't feel like it, for a year. I am sure if I can gain that type of discipline, completing goals will be much easier for me as a whole.
My Main Goal for 2016 would be GYM / DIET . Loose fat and also get ripped .
Thats going to be my MAIN Focus .
I also have some Secondary goals in mind I would like to achieve :
- Approach more Women = Get Laid
- Meet more people = Get out of the house = Make friends
- Get rock solid Discipline / Will Power = STOP being Lazy = STOP procrastinating
I'm already stuck being a homeowner (owner of a less than desirable apartment unit with a 6.5% interest rate and monthly hoa dues over $100) due to poor money choices in the past. So I need to get rid of it (I'm finally at a break even point) and it would be weird to go from homeowner to renter -- quit a job right away just to free up my time and get my social, physical and career goals accomplished.
Consistently get up at 5 AM to get work done. Those are my most productive days but I only manage to do it a couple times a week.
Also drink less alcohol.
As a side note, do you guys think it's possible to add 10kg of lean mass (about 22 pounds)? That's 1 kg (2.2 pounds) a month, with two months left over. I don't know what's a realistic weight gain goal for someone who isn't completely new to weightlifting.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
